Great location, excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff

Our room had an unpleasant odour which we commented on to the staff member who brought up our cases and showed us into the room. He advised that the smell was from cleaning but it was always present and the room smelled damp and foisty. We put up with it as we were only staying 2 nights but would have definitely asked to change rooms if staying longer.

Чисто, комфортно, смачно, гарне розташування. Гарний готель, але вже застарий. Все сучасне та оновлюється, але дуже багато нових та свіжих готелей зʼявляється щороку.

Кожного разу після прибирання зникали то рушники, то склянки, то туалетний папір…

Шикарный вид на Марину, у меня был номер с панорамным видом. В номерах вся уходовая косметика (мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, лосьон ) моего любимого бренда Byredo Bal’Dafrique 😍 Девушка на ресепшен из Кыргызстана была очень учтива и мила.

The property is located close to the shops and restaurants. The staff are great, they upgraded our rooms and give us the room with the washing machines as I requested. The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

The bed wasn’t comfortable.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and always tried to provide full assistance. They are very polite and knowledgeable. Location is very good in front of the Marina and opposite to tram station. Lovely breakfast with variety of food.

Swimming pool is a bit small - not many options to eat - upon check in room had a mold odor but this was taken care of asap

Rooms were not soundproof, no privacy within your room at all. You can hear a whisper in the hallway as well as next-door rooms. Glasses in the restaurant smell like they were washed along with something eggs were cooked in.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location is great and the overall appearance of the hotel was very clean.

I didn’t care for the soft lighting in the room. Only because when you’re a female trying to apply your makeup you need bright lighting for the vanity area.

Probleme mit meiner Kreditkarte. Sicherheitsdeposit beim Check In wurde bei allen 3 Versuchen vom Kartenlesegerät abgelehnt. 4. Versuch, andere Kreditkarte, hat geklappt. Problem, bei allen 3 abgelehnten Fällen wurde meine KK trotzdem belastet und somit mein Limit blockiert. Service Hotline sagte, muss am System des Hotels liegen - volle Katastrophe. Kompetenter Mitarbeiter konnte es erklären, aber nur die Buchhaltung konnte es auflösen.

Everything was great, short stay but definitely would come back to this hotel, the staff are all friendly and helpful, from the guys parking the cars to guys handling luggage to the reception all great, special thanks to haseena (hope i got the name correct) who checked us in and out, she was very warm and welcoming and friendly, keep it up and the lady (didn’t get her name) who helped us with a later check out when we asked as our flight was departing very late that evening of check out, special thanks to everyone
