الشكر الجزيل للأخ سامر المالكي مدير النوية قمة في الأخلاق والذوق والأدب والإتيكيت ، تفاجأت بسبب تأخر طلب المطعم ونسيانهم طلب سلطة السيزر أن يتصل الأخ سامر بنفسه للإعتذار بالأب الحم .. حقيقة بسببه وبسبب الأخت وفاء مديرة العلاقات سأعاود السكن ان شاءالله بالفندق بالرغم أنني كنت عازم على تركه بسبب أحد مدراء الرسبشن الذي رفض تمديد ساعتين لتأخر رحلتي الإ بدفع ثمن ربع ليلة رغم علمه بسكني المتكرر في الفندق ورفض الحضور للقائي باخباره موظفة الرسبشن بدلك والاكتفاء بالرفض ومن ثم عاد للقاءي بعد طلبي ذلك ولكن تأخر علي ولم يكن جوابه الا الرفض القاطع وبالتساه ولم يكن حريصا مطلقا على كسب النزيل

- عدم مراعاة الخروج المتأخر لساعتين بسبب بعض الطائرات تصل ليلا ورغم عدم اردحام الفندق - الأكل وقفه فقد طلبنا عشاء و وصل العشاء ولم نستطع تناوله لرداءة الطبخ بمختلف أصنافة الربيانس -؟ سلطة السيزر- الهمبرغر -

حجم الغرفه وموقع الفندق

موظفين الاستقبال عند الوصل للفندق كان هناك خطأ في الحجز لم يحاولوا معالجه الخطأ الناتج عن الحجز وتم سحب مبلغ مالي ورسوم اضافيه الى ان وصل طاقم الاستقبال المسائي وانهى الموضوع وحل المشكله براحابه صدر .. شكر خاص للموظف سامر المالكي اتمنى لو يكون لموظفين الاستقبال الخبره الكافيه بالحجز وحل جميع المشاكل ورحابه صدر في استقبال المقيمين

Everything was good except for staff which was poor. I booked the room in Conrad Makkah with name Muhammad abdullah for my friend. He went to the hotel and showed them booking but they said only the person whose name is written can check in. I changed the name from the application but they still didn't let him check in without any reason and kept saying it's not updated in their system. I called their reception but the response was poor, I asked for their managers number but the guy said we don't have it and hung up the call. I called your customer support 2 times, they said we will call the property to check the issue but still nothing happened. After 3 hours of waiting an employee in hotel from our country came and my friend told him the issue and then he resolved it. My friend waited for 3 hours with wife and 2 childrens who were tired because of travelling but they get this response from such a big hotel.

Staff and management is not up to the mark. I have been here before and response from reception was not good but manager was helpful

الموقع ممتاز خطوتين وأنت في الحرم

We got a room with two queen beds for 4 guests, which was upgraded to a room with 2 additional single beds, which was much appreciated. The bathroom and amenities were of good standard.

We ended up changing the way the sofa and beds were arranged to make more space for praying. For a suite, it was smaller than expected but still comfortable. Having a small kitchen area would be a plus. One of the mattresses were uncomfortable to sleep on.

لا يوجد شيء سيء اطلاقا

كل شيء بالفندق رائع وهذه الإقامة الثانية لي هنا وفي كل الإقامتين الموظفين يعلمون لنا ترقية لجناح مطل على الحرم جزاهم الله خير .. يعجبني فيه قربه من الحرم ونظافة الغرفة ومساحتها الواسعة وسهولة الوصول للمصاعد وسرعتها وكذلك خدمة تنظيف الغرف ممتازة .. شكرًا كونراد

الشيء الوحيد الذي نحتاجه هو وجود مغسلة خارجية غير الموجودة داخل دورة المياه أعزكم الله

الفندق رائع جداً و نظيف و قريب من الحرم .. هادئ و مرتب .. الإفطار منوع و لذيذ و مناسب لكل الأعمار و الأذواق .. و بصراحة أجمل مافيه المصاعد متوفرة طوال الوقت و سهولة الوصول للحرم 👏🏻👏🏻 و روعة تعامل الموظفين ..

فندق يعتبر من أفضل الفنادق في منطقة الحرم وممتاز جداً وجميع العاملين فيه تعاملهم ممتاز ولبقين جداً .

شيف فلبيني لابس نظارات يعمل الاومليت بطريقة توحي بانزعاجه جداً فكمية البيض مبالغ فيها جداً ومكونات الاومليت يضيفها بطريقة لا تعجب أي ذاق للأومليت

The staff were extremely friendly, location was perfect. The cleaner on the 11th floor was extremely accommodating. Upon arrival Ali had upgraded our room to a suite with haram view. This was a really lovely gesture. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Everything I liked,the staff professionalism upon arrival and during the staying, the whole facility is nice and comfortable, rooms are very clean and specious and elevators are very accessible without any delays or crowded, restaurant with nice food selections and variety with welcoming, initiative and friendly staff always ready to serve you and make sure that you are happy, My family shared the same impression.

We visited for Umrah, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The Haram was just a minute away, making our journey incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, ensuring we had everything we needed. The manager, Mr. Muhammad Ali Aqeel, was very welcoming, professional, and kind, always available to assist us. His team, including Mr. Yasser, housekeeping Staff Ramazan, and Mr Tayyeb during breakfast, provided excellent service. The professionalism of Mr. Muhammad and his staff truly enhanced our stay. Additionally, the quality of the food was outstanding, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel's accessibility was a significant advantage, with a food court next door and delicious dining options within the hotel itself. Furthermore the hotel is very clean, comfortable beds and the cleanliness is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel, whether traveling with family or alone, and I would definitely return. Thank you, Conrad and Mr Muhammad for a wonderful stay.

Amazing property, lovely rooms comfy beds good size bathrooms and good views. Housekeeping was excellent

Noise from next door disturbed us had to complain to reception and also get them to speak to the people in the next room. Also did not like that the lights dont allow you to control from the room properly you are forced to turn off from the front door and side lights don’t work. Also was not told about the tax which was charged afterwards when I checked out. Not all staff are able to speak English well or conversationally. Some staff is excellent some was. On existent - expect higher standard of English from top hotel so this was frustrating and annoying and disappointing!

Lovely view of the Haram from our room. Easy access to Haram via the interconnecting mall then a quick cross over a street into the haram. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. The cleaning staff are very flexible with their times which was a benefit especially during Umrah and sleeping odd hours.

We wanted to book a car to visit the WaHi (Revelation) Exhibition and District, Uber wasn’t allowed to come to the Haram area where the hotel is located, Uber would have charged us 30 Riyals, the hotel quoted us 300 Riyals for the same trip one way. We could understand double the price but ten times was unreasonable. We had to walk out and find a local taxi. The executive lounge has limited hours and limited options.
