Helen and Dan are great host. This is a great B&B to spend few days in Rockport. Rooms is very nice and breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend ecommend the place.

Dan greeted us at the door and immediately made us feel at home. Helene then came into the foyer from her kingdom, the kitchen, to continue our welcome, and from that point on, we were at home in their lovely home. Helene breakfasts were fresh and tasty, and she changed up her entree daily. Dan and Helene would do anything to make your stay the best part of your trip. Thank you very much

Dan and Helene are exceptionally good at welcoming people and meeting expectations. They go way beyond to insure the their guests will be comfortable.

Had trouble with the key upon arrival. There was spilled soda in the fridge. The bathroom light worked intermittently.

The house felt cozy,the breakfast were very delicious ,and is walking distance to the town shops

Located in a convenient area in walking distance to shopping and harbor. Beautiful home and delicious breakfast each morning. Friendly hosts were knowledgeable about the area and were very helpful.

Tremendous, home- made and ample breakfast delivered hot to door with a discreet knock. Keurig machine and good coffee. Handy small fridge.
TV is about 19 inch. For some, this would be a negative, but not for us.
Everything else was great!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay! The hosts were fantastic, the house is beautiful, and the food was delicious. The location is perfect for walking to everything (including the beautiful concert hall by the ocean), and the outdoor furniture at the house is perfect for sitting with other guests and chatting after dinner. Can't wait to come back for a concert next year - we'll definitely want to stay here again!
