The location is perfection and the house is adorable and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and parking is a breeze.

It was not cleaned deeply. It seemed clean when we checked in (smelled so strongly of Faboloso we had to open windows to sleep) but then found mouse droppings in the utensil drawer our second day. We alerted Vacasa (the property management company) and they texted back and forth to say they’d do send someone to deal with it. They never did. We ended up buying disposable utensils and ate our meals out. I had to continue contacting them after we left to get a financial resolution, but our experience was soured by the rodent situation and how they didn’t actually help while we were there.

It is very sweet and cozy. We love it and are planning to book again for August. The air conditioning throughout the house was great. You can control the temperature very easily. We did wish there was a little cafe table outside to enjoy a coffee, breakfast outside. But that made no difference in our wonderful experience. We walked to cafes and enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood with the proximity to the town center. It was clean , comfortable and everyone we spoke with during our booking was a joy!

It is other than it looks. Open concept kitchen living room. Nice screen door. When we went upstairs it was another happy surprise. With 2 bedrooms, though we only needed one this time. Everything smelled and was fresh. Bedding, towels etc. Nice blinds to control the light. Very sweet and tasteful. We will absolutely be back❤️
