Die Lage war perfekt für den Besuch eines Konzerts in der AFAS Live Arena! Die Umgebung hat viele Möglichkeiten, etwas Trinken und Essen gehen zu können. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und toll eingerichtet. Die Matratze war total bequem.

Die tollen großen Fenster im gebuchten Zimmer im 10. Stock rahmten einen riesigen Schotterplatz ein.

Ideaal als je naar de ziggo gaat. Dichterbij met je hotel kan niet. Parkeergarage onder het hotel. Na het concert kun je nog gezellig een drankje doen in de bar van het hotel.

Locatie (dicht bij Ziggo Dome). Ruime kamer en heerlijk bed.

Ontvangst bij receptie bij aankomst. De receptioniste was wat nors.

Alles was goed, vorig jaar daar ook geslapen. Enkel een opmerking van in de bar na het optreden.

De prijs in de bar! Geen probleem om meer te betalen dan elders maar dan wel waar voor uw geld krijgen. De Rosé-wijn was 7,5€ per glas doch werd uitgegoten in een plasticbeker van 0.5l waarvan dan max 1/4 gevuld. En meer bediening achter de bar zou zeker ook mogen.

Mooie royale kamer. Wc was apart af te sluiten Ontbijt uitgebreid Echt prettig zo verblijven bij event locatie.

De stort douche kan wel een anti kalk beurt gebruiken. Dat ik veel moest betalen voor het parkeren. Er werd gezegd bij de receptie dat ik niet kon reserveren voor het restaurant, toen we daar heen wouden werd ons gevraagd naar reservering??????

Great location next to Amsterdam Arena. Helpful staff. Immaculate rooms with a funky decor. Great transport connections to the centre of Amsterdam and to the airport.

A shame the breakfast was so expensive that my friend and I found alternatives.

View towards a weird building site

The hotel location is the best and near the metro station and many shops and restaurants near by . The reception staff are very friendly and helpful .

I won 10% discount room rate when I do the check in and the reception staff promised me you will get cash money during the check out and when I check out I asked them they act like they don't know what is going I wasn't have good time to arrange them because of I have to move to the airport to catch my flight . By the way I have recorded video when I won 10%

Very friendly staff, answering promptly to our questions and concerns. Modern looking hotel and rooms. Large windows with a window reading corner (excellent!) Complementary coffee and tea machines with tea and coffee for the first day of stay. Very clean and spatious room and bathroom

Shower too fancy (did not work after the first use); on the plus side we were promptly offerred another room with working shower, though it did take us two nights without showers (delays were caused by us, not by the reception, due to the fact that we were visiting all day and were too tired to pack and do the room change in the evenings). Also on the plus side, the second room was nicer and in better condition than the first :) Breakfast too expensive (17.5 EUR/person); we did not take it; a cheaper possibility to just buy a tea/coffee and croissant in the hotel would be nice. On the plus side, there were several coffee shops near Biljmer ArenA at walking distance from the hotel with much more reasonable prices for someone wanting a light and fast breakfast.

The big bed was awesome and VERY comfortable, I think the most comfortable in any hotel I’ve been in 😀

It would be great if there were some TV channels in English. Also, the shower has special buttons and there is no instruction on how to use them except the QR code on the mirror above the sink, which can be complicated for some people.

That the place was actually clean. And no disturbances!

Well, I ordered a "don't clean" service for my whole stay, but my room was cleaned one day.

Amazing location for the Blur gig and I'd assume any concert or Ajax game. Great price considering there was a gig on.

If I could have paid for early check in, I would have, but this is just cos I was super hungover and needed a sleep after travelling.
