Xanadu
The condo was upgraded and very clean. We didn’t like having to use a key fob for every gate, door and entry. Inconvenient. Stay on the ground floor if possible because there was no cart to put luggage on to get to the 5 th floor!! Many trips to the car!

Great location and price
For the location, this was a good value. Walking distance to the beach and coligny plaza which was a huge plus for us. The inside was a bit outdated and carpet could have been a little cleaner (probably from also being older), but we were happy with it otherwise. Good option for a weekend getaway.

My friends and I so enjoyed our experience! The condo was wonderful to stay in, so comfortable and easy to access the beach from. We were able to check in early as well as extend our trip by an extra night at the end, after loving being there so much. Everyone at Vacation Time was very friendly and helpful all around. We'd love to stay here again!

Xanadu Villa is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 baths, cozy getaway in Hilton Head Island. Our villa was clean, secure, well organized with utensils, and cheerfully sunny. It was easily accessible to the beach and great restaurants. The only thing that could have been improved was lack of a dolly or luggage rack to bring your items to the room. But overall, I would give Xanadu Villa a 5 (outstanding rating).

It took forever to get a reservation, when the other half of the bill was due I had to call them they charged us a extra service charge to pay with the same card we paid the deposit with. Yes it's across the road from the beach, but it's a very busy road, wouldn't advise walking small children across. Upon arrival the room wasn't even cleaned at 4pm, we had to walk into a DIRTY room, looked to be dirty for days, there was stagnant urin in the toilet. Oh but you bet the day we got ready to leave they were knocking on the door at 10am, when the reservation office told us to be out by 11am because of the inconvenience of the room not being clean upon arrival.

The staff cleaned most things well, but not all. The vacuum was plugged and had never been emptied. I had to dump the canister that should be emptied often. The dirt was solid packed and had to be dug out. Staff cleaners should have taken better care of the rugs with spots.
Overall the stay was great for winter rental. Few rentals in area made for quiet nights. The older sofa pull out bed would be questionable for comfort. Did not have to use it.
Winter is a good time to visit with not much traffic. Bought the Key Golf book for cheaper golf at private clubs. A winner! Enjoyable stay for the month.

The unit we stayed in was very nice and the perfect location. Housekeeping could have done a better job though. The table was dirty and there was trash under the master bed. We did not mention this to the management company because it was easier to just clean it ourselves. The unit is large with 3 bedrooms and is on the top floor so it was very quiet. This seems like a well built building and we never heard any noise from neighbors. There is a coin laundry in the shared hallway that was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect for my family! I loved the beach and pool being so close! The rental company was very helpful with our needs. Also, the owner was wonderful! He quickly responded to our questions and answered them! Excellent vacation!
