Great location, good value for money, very clean and a very nice host.

such a lovely place and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Plymouth. the location was perfect. the owner was a pleasure to meet and the room was ideal.

The room was okay but not what had been booked. I requested a double and got a triple with singled beds

The room I had been moved to was on the ground floor and as next to a pub made me feel uncomfortable hearing people directly outside talking loud/swearing. I appreciate that is not the hosts fault but not very comforting for a single woman. Also understood there was parking onsite but was advised to go out at 9.00pm to pay for the meter parking overnight. Did not wish to go out at 9.00 at night and as meters were broken was very worried I would receive a parking ticket so left at 7.15 to avoid even though I did not need to leave until 08.30. Then realised in the morning in book in room that host had parking permits - this was not offered as an option!!

Nigel was a great host, the room was cozy and immaculately clean, the location was very accessible

It was in a good location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Plenty of hot water for the shower and a comfy bed. You have access to limited parking which is on the street.

Nice guest house, friendly host, clean rooms very helpful, couldn't do enough to help you. all in all a really nice place to stay
