Lots of people live in the condo complex so you would hear people yelling and loud music once in a while and while the complex has a trash chute which is really convenient residents will still leave trash on the floor.

Firstly, my host (Gloria), who lives in Sweden, and her caretaker (Lane), who lives in Bulacan, were a great help to me before, during, and even after my 9-night stay. I had numerous questions and they never got tired answering them. I will rate them 10/10. This community has guards at the front and back entrance/each condo building/parking lots/club house, etc., which will make you feel safe 24/7. There are elevators to reach your floor. This property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the bedrooms are on the second floor. One bathroom is on the second floor. There are air conditioning and fans on both floors. There is a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, stove and oven. I never used the stove and oven so I have no comments about them. There is a water dispenser in the kitchen, where you can get hot, warm, and cold water. Everything you need for the kitchen are in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. Linens and bath towels are provided. There are places to eat, and groceries to buy inside and outside the community.

There is one (1) toilet paper in each bathroom; if you need additional, you can buy them at any convenience store or supermarket. You also need to bring/buy your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash/bar soap/shower cap/shower sponge/toothpaste/toothbrush/whatever else you use. I don’t remember if there is a hair dryer, as I don’t use hair dryer; ask Gloria (the host). I did not find an iron and ironing board so I suggest pack only non-wrinkled clothes. Unless your vehicle has a sticker, your vehicle must enter thru the back entrance. Grab and taxis must enter thru the back entrance. Lastly, this is an old building so once in a while, a small cockroach will show up on the dining table so make sure to cover your food or keep them in the refrigerator.

Good spacious place for a family of five. Close to transport and shopping centers. Lots of restaurants within the area. Gloria's niece is very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will surely come back.

We like the location, we can just walk to buy things that we needed.

Lack of information from the owner. Upon checking in they should have told us about the rules of the amenities especially the pool. And also, they should've informed us that we cannot use the washing machine and there will be additional charge when we use it, they should not wait for the tenant to ask. And also, they should inform the guards that they are expecting guest, so the flow of checking in would be smooth.
