It is one block from our family. Groceries and drug store, pharmacy, within a block. Space to spread out.

No elevator

Die Lage ist für einen Wien-Besuch sehr günstig, die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Einrichtung ist praktisch, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, Absprachen liefen unkompliziert und er hat viele nützliche Tipps für die Erkundung der Stadt gegeben. Sehr hilfreich war der buchbare Stellplatz für unser Auto. Alles in allem empfehlenswert!

Appartamento confortevole e silenzioso completo di tutto, a pochissima distanza dalla metro linea U4 (10 min. dal centro) e con tutti i servizi primari nelle vicinanze. Ottima accoglienza dell'host, nel mio caso i genitori, simpaticissimi, che parlano un discreto italiano. Consigliatissimo

Superb location, 4 minutes walk time from tram and metro station, 3 minutes to grocery store, 10 minutes walk time to the Technical Museum or Schönbrunn. The apartment has everything you need, good kitchen facilities, two bathrooms etc. The host Nikolaus was friendly and nice.

Beds could be a little more comfortable, but it's not a complain.

parking area/place its a little bit expensive, I wasn't careful when I booked, I thought the parking was free.

Apartment is extremely close to Schonbrunn (main Vienna attraction), metro station (but about 30 minutes by U-Bahn from downtown, so some time will be spent on transportation) and there is a very good market a block away (also Naschmarkt is some metro stops away and tottally worth going to). It was very spacious with one room and one living room with a bed/couch, as well as a wellsupplied kitchen and 2 bathrooms which made our stay with my mother quite confortable and enjoyable. Our hosts were very attentive, helpful. Wished we could have spent more time there. Overall it's an apartment I could easily live in if I lived in Vienna.

Washing machine was not the most intuitive to use.

The flat is big, airy, has a light pleasant design. Better than expected. Everything works how it should, nice fully completed kitchen, two bathrooms. Having two separate rooms is a good plus, when you are traveling with family members. The location of this apartment is perfect - 4 minutes walk to a metro station, the U4 line goes straight to the center of a city.

Meets the description perfectly! Very well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), the furniture and linen in the bedroom are in excellent condition too. We did not use it, but there are also two televisions (one in each bedroom). The location itself is EXCEPTIONAL with a supermarket, couple of clothing stores, a pharmacy, hairdresser and most importantly the Train/Tram station (U4 line) within a 2 minute walk. The Schonbrunn Park/Zoo entrance is a 5-7 min walk. The city center (Stephansplatz) is a 18-20 min train journey. Nikolaus is the most helpful of hosts and was there to revive us in person when we arrived. He is very responsive to assist with any queries or requirements that pop up during the stay. He took the trouble of printing out a list of restaurants in the vicinity and also a list of popular tourist spots in Vienna with a map of how to get there and other useful information such as public transport ticket types etc.

Nothing that stood out particularly. If I have to nitpick, the kitchen does not have a dedicated chimney above the stove so you may need to crack a window open when cooking anything with strong smells but quite honestly it was barely an inconvenience at all.
