Located in center of Lahore, good environment, good breakfast. They should good flexibility in my late checkout, about 2:30 pm.

Check out time should be 24 hours instead of 12:00 pm, if a person checks in late night, it should have the opportunity to use the facility for 24 hours, and it is also important because one may need a full day duration to get the objectives of his trip, leave his things in room and come back to check out at evening. Or maybe it is general check out policy of hotels. This is just a suggestion because for my case they showed flexibility.

I like the cleanliness of the room

The A.c was leaking and there was no remote control

Our room was double booked, then the room we were offered had blood on the sheets and was smaller than the one we had booked. No discount was given despite us requesting this multiple times, and it gradually became evident that the descriptions provided on Booking.com were very inaccurate Toilet in new room didn't flush The hotel had agreed to arrange an airport shuttle but upon arrival no pick up was there

The location was good and was deliberately chosen due to nearness to my destination

The room did not have ample lighting. Water Heater/Geyser was not working although they provided me with the heating rod for warm water but it was not ok. Sound proofing was poor. Telephone/extension line was disconnected. Bill was not having NTN/GST number due to which i had to face issues.

It’s worse place to stay we booked for 3 night at the end of first night we have to leave hotel bc in this cold weather they do not have proper bed sheets it’s was soo cold all night, no heating system no hot water .

It’s nothing to like there bc mostly room was very dirty and when we asked to provide as more blanket we been told it’s not available. They charge us for one night plus’s charge 2000 extra for other two night which we hvnt even stay there it’s rubbish service .
