Location is good. Value for money. More than I expected for the price. The complimentary bar was unexpected.

Shower Gel, Shampoo, and conditioner bottles were not refilled. When we came in, it was empty. They immediately provided though when we requested.

Great location, very friendly staff and a comfortable room with all the facilities we needed for our 6 day stay. The pool was very good for a relaxing swim after a full day of taking in the many attractions that Singapore has to offer.

Nothing to dislike in this hotel, although a balcony would have been nice.

Rooms very small, only suitable for 2 nights max with a small bag. Issues with room service eg. Lack of towels and consumables not being replaced. The response from front desk came across as disinterested.

Could not use the pool or gym as the facilities are only open at 8am and I would like to use earlier.

We were given conflicting instructions during our time in M Social: 1. I asked if my girlfriend could check in on my behalf, and was given written confirmation that she could. However, upon check in, my girlfriend was denied initially, and had to show the written prove before they could check her in. 2. Check in was 3pm. However, when my girlfriend arrived around 4pm, the room was not ready and had to wait additional 15 mins for cleaning. 3. Despite the additional wait time, when my girlfriend entered the room, the room had no toilet paper and towels, and she had to request for them. 4. We asked for late check out and was told to call the desk in the morning. In the morning, we called the desk, and was told the check out was 11am when the check out on our written confirmation is 12 noon. Very conflicting information from what we got and received. Not a pleasant stay with these issues highlighted.

10/10 to Ethen & Hailey in the restaurant at breakfast times. They automatically arranged food for our little guy and alternate milk for me each day. I was disappointed on day 5 when Rose said we needed to pay for it….

The rooms are extremely small and dark. If you’re light sensitive, the night lights flow will keep you awake. The darkness of the rooms and lack of lighting required during the day time could be fixed by changing the yellow globes to white. The shower / toilet are very small in space making you feel claustrophobic. Housekeeping would fail to refresh tea bags daily. Often linen was changed with fresh linen with holes. Some of the shower towels are well passed their use by date. The outside area in the garden has metal tree looking stumps as seats, not the comfy seats shown on the booking site. Extremely misleading!!

Location

It is so dark inside the hotel. Rooms are like caves they are so dark. Rooms are ok for solo traveller, but too cramped for couples with a few suitcases.

Location is prime, next to the river and in Robinson Quay. You can access MRt and many entertainment locations such as Clarke Quay and riverfront malls by foot

The room was a bit dirty (hairs in the floor everywhere). When I arrived (2pm) they told me the room wasn't ready, and that they would rush the cleanup. Seems they indeed rushed it, and skipped vacuuming the place. As for the layout of the room itself: it's extremely small, and I kept bumping my feet and knees with the bedframe and the room table as I moved around the room. Another big down is the faucet and sink... It is OUTSIDE of the bathroom, and WITHIN the room itself, almost at the foot of the bed. Plus: the carpet (made of plastic) interrupts at a square made of more traditional carpet, where the whole bedframe lays. This carpet lays is compressible and lays lower than the plastic carpet, and there's a metal squared frame ingrained on the floor surrounding it. I kept hurting my feet when I stepped on it... Everything in the hotel, from lowly maintained carpet, room design, and cleanliness is quite disappointing ... Specially considering it is next to the holiday inn and other hotels, which offer similar prices for more reliable and more comfortable rooms.

Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great swimming pool, especially after a day of sightseeing in the heat! We had an issue with the hot water to start, but the staff were on to it and got it sorted.

The doors were extremely heavy 🤪! And the rooms were very small but I've read that's normal for Singapore.
