My entire family is in love with Sedona and this townhome. Phil was super easy to deal with and spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions about buying our own place in Sedona. He was so helpful and kind and I really appreciate the time he took with me. As for the condo, we all loved it! It was in the perfect part of Sedona where we could walk to trails, restaurants and shops but not have to deal with the crowds in Uptown (or is it downtown?) Sedona. The condo was clean and spotless, beds were really comfortable and the kitchen & living room were much larger and nicer than we imagined. It was just a great stay and I can't stop thinking about going back. Thank you Phil for an amazing experience in Sedona!

I rented two identical units from Phil and Olly for our annual golf trip (thus the identical reviews). We usually go to Phoenix for golf and spring training baseball, but decided to change it up this year and head to Red Rock Country for a little hiking to go along with our time on the links. By renting two of these condo/townhouse units, with two guys per unit, we each had a private bedroom/bathroom combination, which was ideal. The two units are practically identical, right down to the decor. Plenty of living space, well-stocked kitchens, nice size bedrooms and a very good outdoor space. A nice bonus was that these two units have connecting back patio areas, and we made use of both. The units were very clean and very well stocked. The kitchens and bathrooms had everything that we could need. Plenty of towels and paper products. The wifi worked exceptionally well. Great location as we were within a very short drive to both Oakcreek Country Club and Sedona Golf Resort (both are great tracks; highly recommended) and several great restaurants (shoot, we were within walking distance to some). Check-in and check-out were a breeze. For check-out, we just had to pack-up, turn off the lights and lock the doors; the cleaning fee covered all the clean-up activities. Overall, we had a great time hiking and playing golf in Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. These two condos made for the perfect base for the trip. We’re already planning our return trip to Sedona and hope to stay

Overall nice and clean. 2 things: Traffic noise from west side was annoying for our friends using that bedroom. For future guests- Propane on gas grill by patio was left turned on. Smell just awful. We turned it off.

Our family of five LOVED the location of this well appointed townhome. As the description stated, it's located in Sedona but not in the touristy part where the traffic can get really bad. We enjoyed the peacefullness of the location and walked to Bell Rock! My husband liked the fact that we could walk to restaurants at night so that he could enjoy a cocktail and not have to worry about being the designated driver like he is back home! The condo was also very, very clean which is extremely important to me. All in all it was a perfect stay and we will book here again on our next trip to Sedona.

My son and I came down for Spring Break and my daughter joined us from NAU. While the traffic going into Sedona was a bit nuts, we were happy to be in the outskirts. Oak Creek had plenty of amenities and hiking. We would happily stay here again.

This is a lovely place and the host was quick and helpful in all communication. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and laundry facilities as we had been camping for a few weeks. We did a few hikes in the immediate area and also some North and West of Sedona. Be aware that it can take a while to drive to Sedona when the traffic backs up. We loved that Native American photos in the unit. And while being on the main street in Oak Creek was convenient, we did not realize this place was, in fact, on the main street. We were looking for something quieter. However, the back deck area is quiet and very lovely.

It was a wonderful location to explore this area. You can walk to the bell Mtn paths, some of the most recommended restaurants for the area within walking distance. Quiet. Nice views from the windows.

Very clean and well stocked unit, even had an extra toothbrush because I forgot mine at home. Very homey feel, couldn’t ask for more. Within walking distance of Bell Rock trail. Other great hikes nearby.

Communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful The place is in great condition and comes very well equipped for four people. The location with close proximity to hiking, views and shopping can not be beat. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the location of the property. It was super convenient to access all that Sedona has to offer from the townhouse. It had all the kitchen items we could ever need or want. We loved the ease of parking. The owner's recommendation for breakfast by the creek was our favorite meal. I can't remember the name of the resort but it was a beautiful morning and meal.

House was super loud , beds & pillows we’re uncomfortable . Toilets needed better cleaned , same with the floor .couches we’re uncomfortable . The location was good but Far from luxurious

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for our birthday celebrations. The condo was conveniently located, very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed it and would happily stay there again.

Great location! The house its self was great. The beds were comfy, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. We bought groceries and cooked and grilled a few times. The kitchen has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again on our next adventure to Sedona.

This was a first rate property for 4 friends attending a mountain bike camp nearby. The townhome was tastefully furnished and well maintained. The 3rd bathroom downstairs was very convenient. Phil, the owner was very accommodating and had no problem letting us store the bikes inside. The coffee grinder and fresh beans plus basic staples in the cupboards was a nice touch. The place was spotless. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is our second time staying at Phil and Ollie's place and we loved it more this time than we did the first! The location is primo, you're surrounded by Bell Rock and loads of other red rock formations, but far enough away from downtown so you won't have to deal with all of that traffic. We walked from the townhome to Bell Rock and had a fantastic hike, Bell Rock is our favorite trail in Sedona. And being able to walk from the townhome was great because we didn't have to take our car and deal with trying to find a parking space at the trailhead. The unit is very large, WAY better than staying at a hotel. My wife's favorite part though is how clean it always is. We met the cleaner and his crew (Alex) and he was very nice and even pointed out some local restaurants to try. This VRBO rental is the best we've had with the main points being the great location, the cleanliness and the ease in booking. Thank you Phil and Ollie for another great trip!!

Enjoyed golf, restaurants, scenery, etc. Didn't know about monsoon season that cancelled our Pink Jeep trip to Antelope Canyon.

What a fantastic place to stay! Great location and it's very comfortable. Owners have done a wonderful job with this place and it will now be our home away from home when we travel to Sedona!! Just wish we could give more than 5 stars!

This property is conveniently located on Hwy 179 in the Village of Oak Creek. Everything you need is within a walk or short drive. Clark's Market (grocery store) was a highlight. The main drag in Sedona is 10-15 minutes up the highway. Two bedrooms upstairs, an open ground floor, and a spacious patio offer plenty of room for a family of 3-4 or two couples. The nicely appointed kitchen has room to create with a BBQ on the back patio. Check-in was a breeze. Unit has two dedicated/marked parking spots steps away from the front door. The WiFi worked well. The view from the deck off the master is gorgeous! If you're thinking of squeezing 3-4 humans into a hotel room for a few days, don't. Rent this place instead.

We just left the townhome and all we can all say is "WOW!" We've done a lot of VRBO's in our time but this unit was by far the best we've stayed in yet! Booking and accessing the unit was a breeze, the location was insanely perfect and the unit was so spacious and so clean, which is what my wife kept raving about. We all talked about how we slept like babies, the beds were so comfortable I'm even going to send a message to the owner to find out where they bought them! Oh, and just before we checked in, Home Depot had just installed a new fridge so we got to be the first to try it out. Looks like the rest of the furniture was new as well. Thank you Phil for allowing us to rent out your beautiful condo. We loved our stay so much that we're already planning our next trip. And you can bet, we'll ONLY be booking here when we come to Sedona!!

There are two full bedrooms/bathrooms that allow plenty of room for two couples to spread out and enjoy the space. Plenty of room in kitchen and living room also. We loved the location outside of the busy downtown area with a grocery store nearby. The parking spot just outside your door was a plus.
