We also used the second meal, the advantage is that you can eat in either of the two restaurants, either lunch or dinner. The Thai restaurant in the hotel is especially excellent. Great location, very close to the metro station.

Příjemná lokalita, dobré snidaně i servírované večeře. Shuttle bus do více míst.

Kapacita míst na snídaně nedostatečná, několikrát jsme museli sedět ve 40 stupních venku. Místa u bazénu hned ráno obsazená. Ze začátku nepříjemná vlhkost na pokoji.

The staff were very helpful and zaakir was so kind to help with luggage. Was not far from main areas. Clean and tidy and very comfortable bed

Great location, near train station. The room is spacey and clean. The bed is super comfortable and I loved the pillows. The breakfast buffet is yammy, a danger to a diet. Staff is welcoming, special thanks to Prem who helped me a lot during check out.

Hervorragendes Hotel im Herzen von Bashra Heights. Alles in der Nähe was macht braucht. Metro direkt hinter dem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist fabelhaft 😋. Besonders erwähnenswert ist "Romina" von der Rezeption, unglaublich wie freundlich und hilfsbereit Sie ist. Mit ihrem strahlenden Lächeln begrüßt sie einen jeden Morgen 👍

Great staff friendly and helpful.

None sound proof rooms i kept gearing loud music. Buffet was weak. Steam room was out of service. Gym area was ok but the worker there kept looking at me weirdly even when i went to the bathroom he kept coming back and forth. Room beds we ordered king size beds, and they gave me single beds jointed together when i slept There's a gap in the middle. Terrible hotel for long stays.

Good functional hotel Dusit D2,s are generally modern with good decor. this one was apart from the bathroom which was a bit tired. Breakfast was fine, ideal for what we needed after a very late checkin.

I really liked the stunning accommodation, glitz and glamor everywhere, comfortable beds and a pool on the roof. The restaurant was very nice. The porter and program organizer were very, very nice. The food was very tasty.

Unfortunately, the 11 p.m. restaurant closure indicated previously through the booking mail system, i.e. the dinner paid for in the accommodation fee, was missed. Although they apologized, they even questioned whether half-board was included in my reservation. We arrived at the accommodation with a child at 10 pm and could go find a restaurant elsewhere because we were hungry. So even though half-board was included in the price of the accommodation, i.e. breakfast and dinner, despite the fact that I corresponded with the accommodation on the late arrival, and despite the fact that the accommodation confirmed that we could have dinner until the 23rd, this was not true. The chef, who was leaving for the kitchen, even uttered some nasty words, at which point we closed the al-a-carte menu and went somewhere else for dinner. I don't think this is allowed in a Dubai 4-star hotel.

Room. Comfortable, Recitation Staff it's really amazing and doing the best to satisfy. Thanks alot for Romin and Marah they are very helpful. Restaurant Staff very welcoming. Hotel Location everything around you. Basement free Parking for those who have a car so will be in shaded area.

I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the service from the staff was outstanding. Ramazan was particularly kind and lovely, and Ammar went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. Although I may not remember all of the staff names, I can confidently say that they were all more than wonderful. They made me feel right at home and ensured that my stay was incredibly comfortable. Whenever I needed something, these lovely individuals were there, ready to help, and they promptly fulfilled any request I had. Without a doubt, this was one of my best hotel experiences, thanks in large part to the amazing staff!

Nothing. I was truly impressed by the exceptional service of the hotel staff, even when a problem arose, which can happen anywhere. They were incredibly prompt and kind in resolving the issue. Such proactive and efficient behavior is rare to come across in other hotels.
