This was a great, centrally located property to use as a base for our activities as well as just hang out and chill. There are several wonderful restaurants nearby and a well appointed kitchen. In case you missed it, it is a meat free home which was no problem for us. There is a very nice park and lake where there is music and food one night a week. All in all we were thrilled with our stay.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Caretaker was very responsive to my requests. Bring a sleep mask because there is no way to cover the gorgeous sky lights.

Very nice property and great location! Adequate kitchen, spacious living room. Good house for two couples except upstairs bedroom is an uncomfortable “taco bed”! Also , no sleeping late because both bedrooms have inadequate curtains.

This place was perfect for us! Size, location, amenities - there was nothing missing. I will be making more trips to Evergreen in the future and hope this property will be available for me again.

Property was clean and well kept. The cabin was lovely but difficult to find in the dark. But we did find it and enjoyed our stay. The upstairs mattress needs to be replaced but the linens and bathrooms nice. We enjoyed the deck every night and looking through the telescope at Jupiter. Overall we would stay here again. A great escape for the weekend!

We traveled to Evergreen, Colorado to celebrate a friend’s wedding. This home was on the top of the mountain with incredible scenery. It was cozy, clean, and close to town. The check in process was simple and the owner was quick to respond.

This property is perfect for a full size family. All the amenities of a standard home including kitchen appliances, ice maker, and washer and dryer. We were super pleased with our stay. We wish the host family well in their time of grieving and appreciate their hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! Beautiful cabin with amazing views! The wrap around porch was so relaxing to sit on and Evergreen has many places to enjoy a nice meal. Also, so many hiking options and the show at Red Rocks was amazing too. Thank you to the Nanda's for being such gracious hosts! We will definitely be back 😁!

Dealing with Katharine was a pleasure. Very friendly and responsive. Cabin had a great view and close to Evergreen commercial area as well as within easy driving distance to many trails and scenery.

Great property! Sunrises and Sunsets are great! Close enough to Evergreen for about anything you need but far enough away to be private. Big wrap around porch was fantastic. Everything was a advertised.

The check in process was very easy and the owner is very clear with the little instructions that are required when arriving. This was overall an amazing place to stay! The views it offered were amazing and the inside was extremely comfortable and cozy even during cold nights. It was relatively easy to get to, though I recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle for the colder months for sure. All basic needs are already given on the inside from utensils and bathroom supplies. I can't say enough good things about this stay. It's a very secluded and safe feeling here at this cabin. Highly recommend!

Property Manager very helpful and informative. She knew we were attending a concert on a cold night and even called to tell us to feel free to takes blankets from the house. The property was perfect and convenient to everything.

Enjoyed the experience, it was unseasonably warm in Evergreen while we were there, but the property managers can't control the weather and did have fans. Only issue was that it was not handicapped assessible as listed in the ad. The owners bent over backwards to be fair about it and they definitely put their customers first and communication was great and problem resolved. I probably won't stay there again due to the accessibility but I would highly recommend the property and the wonderful owners - thank you so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spent a lot of time savoring the wrap-around porch views. Neighborhood was peaceful. We were greeted by a few fawns! House felt safe and clean. Found it easy to reach the town's ample food & drink options, though vegetarians also should consider the drive to Denver for Sputnik, a veg-friendly cafe/bar. Red Rocks access also easy & avoids main highways.

Very clean place with about everything you need. The location was great as it was close to the start of our cycling event. Stores and restaurants are in close driving distance.

This chalet has custom touches throughout and is well-kept. There are wonderful views in any direction. We had a mule deer fawn walk right up to the deck one morning and a 10-point buck stroll through the yard on the next. This is just what we wanted, and we hope to stay here again in the future.

The home was very nice! We especially liked the wrap around deck. We had deer come right up to the deck everyday we were there. Would recommend this home!

This rental was beautiful, sunny and with an amazing view of the mountains while sitting on the wrap-around deck. Plenty of hangers, Closet and dresser space - which is rare to find in a rental. It was unusually warm during our stay so the main room was a bit hot with the sun shining in. Thank you for the box fans which came in handy for cooling the rooms down. Katharine was quick to reply to any questions I had. She provided excellent directions to the house which was a bit tricky to find. Bathrooms were well furnished with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and toilet paper. One thing lacking was body wash or soap. Shower was great with plenty of hot water. Would recommend this rental.

It's a beautiful chalet not a cabin.
This chalet is beautifully constructed and charming. The yard has constant deer and elk feeding and roaming around. Hopefully we will be able to return again next summer. Thank you Katharine and Ved for sharing.

Comfortable house
We enjoy the convenience of having Evergreen close by for hikes and coffee shops/breakfast/lunch. The house is restful, with beautiful views. The kitchen is great.

Spacious, clean, great view for the price
The house was clean and perfect place for two couples to stay for a wedding nearby. The house is a little hard to find, but was great once we were there. The host was incredibly responsive which ewe greatly appreciated
