Great location in a terrific neighborhood and the home was wonderful, very neat n clean with beautiful views of the mountains. Our family had a fabulous time and the two kids loved the downstairs rec room. This was a perfect home for 8. We are definitely coming back.

The location is great, the neighborhood was great. The house was very roomy. Plenty of room for (8) guests. It was very clean when we arrived & we left it as we found it except the bedding. A little pricy unless you can get other couples to stay with you. A shout out to the host. It was what we needed & thanks again .

We were very impressed with this property. There were 7 adults, all over 60 years old. We found the home to be very clean and well equiped with supplies. The decks were wonderful and all of the windows made everything bright during the days, but it was still quite dark at night. The only complaint we had was that there is a step down from the garage into the house, and 2 places where you step down into the living room, and a step down into 1 of the lower bedrooms, that are not marked, and we found ourselves tripping and falling off these steps. It would have been nice if the step downs/ups had some kind of yellow or white markings to alert you that they are there. It can be especially dangerous to older people. My oldest brother fell 1 time coming into the house from the garage, and 1 of us stumbled off the step going into the lower bedroom when the lights were off. Aside from that, we all had a great 4 day stay at this home.

We had a great stay at this place in Evergreen. It was conventionally located, and seeing the elk roam around in the backyard was great! The house has plenty of space, and the pool table kept the kids busy for hours. We would stay again if we came back!

This place was great for our family. We had our kids and their spouses meet us in Evergreen for a family wedding and the location and size was perfect. The house was exactly like advertised - roomy enough for us all to have our own spaces and the wildlife in the neighborhood was amazing - lots of elk, some mule deer, and even a bobcat and her kitten! The location is great - not too far from downtown Evergreen and easy access to the highways to the mountain areas. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

We stayed here for a family wedding and everything was perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and convenient for the entire family. With 7 adults and three toddlers, everyone had enough personal space for sleeping and the 4 bathrooms were great! Large deck with a Webber grill made for easy meals. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed, and common areas were exceptionally large. Parking was a bit tricky for us but only because we had 5 vehicles and wedding preps had some people coming and going at different times. (Mother of the bride, maid of honor, and a bridesmaid) Limited on street parking, 2 car garage and a short driveway had us shuffling cars a few times. We had some mule deer bed down in the yard a couple of days also!

Great house, perfect for guys trip to enjoy Colorado and play pool when it decides to rain.

Great location for our family trip for a wedding in Golden. House was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed! Everything felt clean and cozy. Would be great for families with kids. The booking and renting process was easy and the house was very welcoming. Highly recommended!!

The property was perfect for our size family with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, the living space was welcoming for all of us. The wonderful experience was for the children to wake up in the downstairs bedroom, look out the window and see 3 elk under the deck - what a treat. The only downside to the property was that the carpets were very dirty!

House worked very well for the 10 of us. 5 adults, 5 teens (13 to 17). Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking and serving, including spices, condiments. 4 boys slept in the lower level w 2 single beds + 1 bunk bed set. I will note that these beds fit children, not my 17 yr old who us 6'3"! He slept on the floor w no problem. Loved the game room w pool, air hockey, TV. Love the way the house is set up w plenty of spaces to separate! Noel was VERY responsive every time I had a question.

Everything was perfect and as described. Check-in/out was easy and reasonable. Communication was quick and concise.

Beautiful property! Plenty of space for the 10 of us including a rec room with couches in the actual living room and a family room. Plenty of space to spread out. It had everything included from garbage bags to pots and pans, soaps, condiments etc. we even saw a herd of Elks migrate through our backyard. It was a wonderful sight to see for us Floridians!!!

We took walks around the neighborhood and walked the Evergreen Lake Loop. You are close enough to venture into Denver or head towards the west side of the mountains for skiing. We cooked most of our meals at the house as the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, dinnerware, and utensils. There are several grocery stores nearby, restaurants, and even an arcade for the kids. Their home is very welcoming, and you can tell they are a loving family. Loved seeing the framed artwork and old family portraits. Plenty of space to lounge around. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Neal, for opening up your home and your hospitality.

The property was excellent. We got together as a family with 5 adults and 5 kids. There was space for everyone to sleep, relax, eat, and visit. It's a great location to take in hikes, drive to Mt. Evans, white water rafting, ziplining, or head into Denver for various activities. Great rental!!

The house was very nice and spacious, and everything was as advertised. My family especially enjoyed the game room and large deck. Neal was very accommodating with a late schedule change request- much appreciated!!
