This was a very quiet peaceful place. Easy place to find. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely on my favorite list for when I come back to CO. Myron was very nice. Helpful on place to eat and where to go for site seeing.

We enjoyed our short stay at the property! Being in the woods, but close enough to restaurants and very convenient to Red Rocks Amphitheater, was everything we wanted and more.

This was our second time staying here and we couldn't be more happy. Thank you again for having us!

Owners very nice. The rental is cozy and clean. We would have preferred a VRBO with more privacy. The owners live on location on the second floor above the rental.

This walk out basement apartment in evergreen is very clean and cozy, good location.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, the reason for our stay was the close proximity to the Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert and it was perfect for that. The property is off the beaten track just outside the lovely town of Evergreen and it is very tranquil and relaxing. Linda was a lovely host and gave us some great information about the area. I would go there again in a heartbeat.

We were in from out of state for a family gathering and our stay at Fern Gulch was just what we were looking for. Thank you for providing a comfortable place to stay.

Loved the quiet, peaceful mountain setting!

We arrived a bit early and Linda let us in. The decor was nice, the bed was only a double, the single cup coffeemaker was not expected and very dirty. The shower head was awful and the place wasn't very clean. The owner, Linda was nice.

It was perfect for my husband and I to get away from the city and enjoy the slower pace. All amenities were as stated in the description and the wildlife in the area is amazing.

When we arrived the host greeted us and she gave us cookies and chocolate as a welcome treats. The place is what I expected online is just for couple one bedroom the place is nice and comfy very quiet.

Nice and quiet, peaceful, and cozy

This place was comfortable and would definitely accommodate you for more than one night, with its well-equipped kitchen, kitchen table, living room area and bounty of books. We were there after a snowstorm in a rental "SUV", whose AWD was not performing well. That made it a bit hairy getting up to the house because the roads leading to the home were not fully plowed. The driveway is flat, so that was not a problem. We did see a deer and birds in the backyard, which was fun. We had the opportunity to meet and speak to the owner, who was delightful. The towels are super fluffy and the bed was comfortable. It was very quick to get to downtown Evergreen, which was nice. Overall, I recommend this place for sure! The price is just right.

It was a great place to stay and very comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because there was 2 seconds of hot water and then it was freezing cold. My husband took a shower first and then I don’t like cold showers so I never took one.

This was a very nice place to stay. It’s intimate up on the mountain. It is clean organized and our host is very knowledgeable about the area. Saw a herd of elk while we were there walking across the road. It had every thing that you would want with ample space.this a nice place with wonderful hosts and the surrounding was absolutely beautiful. It’s so close to red rocks . As well as golden and the mining are and the fall foliage. JuSt go and stay here if you can get in.

Although I did not get to enjoy this place for long, it was perfect! I want to come back and kick back to relax! I am a sucker for anything old school. Everything felt like I was "home"! Thank you again for the fresh baked cookies!

This is beautiful property, a little quirky (in a good way) which reflects the owner's personal touch. The west facing patio is amazing, a great place for breakfast, coffee and bird watching. The owners were very helpful and answered all our pre-stay questions, provided great directions for the route to the place, and many great suggestions for restaurants and the Evergreen area. It was the perfect starting point for our stay which included Red Rocks and Mt. Evans. I would definitely go back.

The setting is ridiculously and enjoyably remote. Just driving up and down to the property is worth it. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The space is comfortable, not striving to be trendy. Everything you need. And the silence in the morning, until the birds start, and the "I'm in a treehouse" experience is awesome.

The location and view were fantastic, although it was a little tricky to find in the dark. The rental was spacious and homey, but a couple issues were I never could find the coffee filters for the coffee pot and there was a musty smell in the kitchenette area. The owner was very nice and accommodating.

Owners were attentive to our needs. Linda even baked cookies.
