Hours upon hours spent on the huge deck with an incredible view in this extremely private and cozy home in the mountains yet only 30 minutes to downtown. Loved it so much we’re already booked for next summer!

Very comfortable home. Quiet area with a lot of land and privacy. Easy to get to town and hiking trails. Nice layout for dogs inside and out. We hope to go here again but stay a lot longer. We weren’t ready to leave. Sandra was always available to us.

The Colorado Dream Vacation has been the best vacation we’ve ever had! The home is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views and Sandra, our host, was wonderful. We loved that the kitchen was fully stocked, there were lots of games for the kids to play, and plenty of bedding and towels. The hot tub was great in the mornings and nights and we saw a lot of wildlife.

It was the perfect getaway for our family reunion. We enjoyed the hot tub and hiking the most.

We rented the house and the cabin for our ten family members who traveled to Colorado (from PA) for a graduation celebration. Both properties were beautiful, well-stocked, and comfortable. The owner was super easy to work with and made the whole process go smoothly. Many thanks to Sandi for sharing your house with us. We had an amazing time!

Family of four. Great house, location, amenities and managers. Highly recommend this place!! Access was great, view incredible. Had 5 inches of snow while there and roads were cleared immediately.

This is the second time we stayed in this home. My brother lives in CO and they just had their first baby. It was nice to be able to visit with them with the whole family under one roof with amazing views from the living room. The home is in good shape and they have new added features since our last stay (covered deck area). Since we were a large group we also rented the cabin on the property this time. Original plans were for my parents to stay in the cabin but we're not able to do so due to my parents having bad backs and hips. The cabin is very cute but not really a good fit for an older couple. The bathtub/shower is very high and not an easy one to just step into. The staircase, while cute, is very narrow and shoes are a must to go down the stairs as they are metal and grated and hurt your feet. This is an issue since you would need shoes or slippers to go down the stairs to use the bathroom if needed. It's doable, just wouldn't recommend an older couple with health issues to stay in the guest cabin. We made it work and just rearranged our sleeping arrangements. The hot tubs were nice and at a good temperature. My only issue were the beds and pillows. The beds are very firm and the pillows were super thin. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you are staying longer than a couple days.

Cozy yet spacious home with the ideal outdoor space to enjoy the mountain views and nature. Magnificant views from expansive deck. We came to relax and and hike, we did lots of both. I would recommend.

The location is ideal, in the mountains with gorgeous views and close to downtown Evergreen, hiking, golf courses, restaurants. The decor is a bit dated, but it is clean and well stocked. I appreciated the spices, oils, and zip locks. The beds are comfortable The hot tub was well maintained, and in an ideal setting of trees and mountain views. The owner was easy to communicate with. The living room might be small if a family stayed. But was perfect for 3 of us. We spent a week here working remote, exploring and visiting family. It was perfect for what we needed. The wifi worked well.

This was a little piece of heaven. The property had a lot of little extras on hand to make it feel like home. The views of the mountains changed throughout the day which made it a nice place to relax and be at peace.

We stayed here for our son's wedding. Everyone loved the views and easy access to hiking. We also had easy access to town and the wedding venue. We rented the small cabin on the property for extras, my son and daughter-in-law stayed there on their wedding night. My daughter and I got ready at the bride's parents' cabin which didn't have air conditioning and it was a warm day. This house has air conditioning which worked great for the groomsmen getting ready at our house. There was confusion about whether or not the garages were available to us. The VRBO listing had garage, but it was locked, and we were told they weren't available to us. I think they just didn't know it was listed that way. We enjoyed our stay it was perfect for what we needed.

We loved our stay at the cabin. We have family in Evergreen so it was great being so close to them. The place was clean and had a pack n play and a baby gate which was key for blocking off the stairs. Not the owners fault but just a heads up that the listing includes pictures of the guest cabin. I mistakenly thought the bedroom loft picture in the listing was of the loft at the main cabin. The kids loft in the main cabin is totally fine just different than expected (mattress on the floor). All and all the place is fantastic though. Thanks!!

This property far surpassed our expectations. Very well maintained and stocked better than any property we have ever stayed at. The photos can’t begin to show how nice it is or the amazing views. We plan on coming back next year.

We had a great experience at this property. The views overlooking the mountains are stunning, and the property feels secluded and peaceful. The hot tubs, perched on decks overlooking the view make for a really lovely evening, watching the sunsets with a beverage! We had some cool wildlife sightings with packs of deer, fox and beautiful birds. This is a great property!

The home was perfect for our group with spacious kitchen and dining area. The host provided a great collection of games as well that we enjoyed. LOTS of deck space and hot tub were well used extras. Our host responded quickly and effectively to our only glitch, and was so easy to work with! Highly recommend!

The view was even better in person! We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back!

My friends and I visited this property in Evergreen last week for my 30th birthday. From start to finish, Sandi was super easy to work with and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The home is in the perfect location to the downtown area of Evergreen and the view is AMAZING!! We attended a Show at Red Rocks and took advantage of the local hiking trails in Jefferson County. The lake at the bottom of the mountain is beautiful and we paddle boarded there in the evenings on several days. My only recommendation is to check out the downtown area as soon as you arrived. We missed out on some cool places to eat, because we didn't explore the area sooner!! Overall, this was the best vacation I have ever taken. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Close to downtown Evergreen. PERFECT for our 2 dogs. Gated balcony & small grass area, when not able to walk in daylight. Lots of wildlife. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Commutation was easy with management & we are looking forward to using this property another time. Thank you for the hospitality.

The view at this house is everything! I stayed there with my husband and his sister‘s family. The house was the perfect place to spend our mornings and the evenings. The property abuts a park and offers beautiful hiking grounds just out the front door. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks, and the location of this home was an easy trip to the amphitheater. Will definitely stay again!

I have rented dozens of VRBO properties over the years and this one was my favorite! The attention to detail and meticulous upkeep of the property were second to none. Communication with the owner was flawless!

The home is just far away enough from town that you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to town to grab a meal or take a walk around the lake. The home is well equipped with anything you might need to cook meals at home. Tastefully decorated and has a wonderful deck that is partly covered for those hot sunny days. The owner responds immediately to any questions.

We had 7 adults and we stayed for 5 nights. 1st thing the views are truly unbelieveable from inside the kitchen and main living room as well as from the huge wrap around deck and the lovely hot tub just a few steps from the main deck. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you will need to cook and with tons of spices etc...We had adequate paper products for our stay but you may want to pick up paper towels and bathroom paper in case. We really never watched TV but the internet access and wi fi worled with no issues for all of us who all have smart phones...My service worked well for phone calls there as well. We saw deer several times from the deck and many birds and other animals at night...No Bear sitings but we know they are around. We were in for a concert at Red Rocks and also to scope out a potential wedding venue for my daughter which we actually found and booked while we were there. Double bonus. The town of Evergreen has plenty of restaraunts and shopping and Evergreen lake was lovely. WE saw many elk there as well as on the road thru Kittredge towards Morrison. Sandi was execellent in communicating with us with our questions adn responded quickly with answers when asked. Check in was a breeze.Th road going up to the house at 1st was daunting, especailly at night, but after driving it few times it was no problem. We had some snow but nothing to bad.I would imagine anytime before late April you would want 4 wheel drive in case of snow and mud but the roads were really well taken care of. Only thing I would have changed would have been maybe more towels since we used the hot tub a few times. There is a large washer and dryer which we utilized and they worked well. We only booked the main house but there is another smaller cabin with its own hot tub and deck a short 100 yards away that looked very cute that we would consider the next time we came. The pull out sofa up stairs was not great to sleep on for adults so keep that in mind if you are going to use all the beds. We will definitely go back here the next we come into the area. Red Rocks is awesome and this place is only 40 minutes away max. I was truly impressed with the house and of course the views. 5 STARS PLUS!

Lovely scenery and great escape to mountains

Our primary purpose of this visit was to go to a concert at Red Rocks and to escape the Florida heat. Our requirements were close to Red Rocks, a beautiful view, and a hot tub. This property delivered on all three. Unfortunately we had quite a bit of smoke in the area, but the views were still beautiful. Evergreen area is lovely, and there is so much to do within 1/2 hour. We enjoyed many hummingbirds on the balcony throughout the day, deer and rabbits. We also saw a bobcat hiking in nearby Bells Park! The house is not new and updated, but comfortable and well stocked. Our only issue was the upstairs bedrooms were pretty hot, so we had to remember to open the windows early in the evening. The hot tub is very nice!
