Location was Good 👍

Facilities was very poor First you have to ask for basic things Like towel, water etc. Bathroom was in pathetic condition, feel railway station

Location is ok since we can go out and easily access the mall road anytime.

It is been mentioned wifi but beleive me they have put wifi but signal won't come inside your room and jio,airtel or voda nothing works there. I was trying to order something but can't connect to internet. I stayed in groud floor.

Staff, Behaviour was rude, they were like you didn’t asked, when I pointed out the absence of water bottles and mugs in our room , they didn’t told us the WiFi password, we have to ask them ….., Room was not fully prepared for check in, at the time of booking they booked rooms on 3rd floor , but at time of check in they gave us ground floor rooms , no room service before 8 am. Staff was using another room for watching TV very loudly

The staff was good, humble and helpful

The property feels like a 50 years old property, the washroom is dirty, beds and lines stinks, it is like a 500₹ lodge, cars are not easy to enter in the lane, better park the car near public pay and park, the local taxi takes 200₹ to drop you at the hotel. No food options if you order on the spot, they take food orders at least 6 hrs in advance, the mountain view which is committed is not through the room, it’s through a common passage (entry side of the room)

Nothing to be liked

Without staying there even for a single day, I was charged for 3 nights stay without heeding my request of refund . A sheer unprofessional act from the hotel
