The house is very close to the Expo center.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Expo center and had several teenage girls and parents in our group staying at the house. We had plenty of room and places to sleep. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we walked to the Expo Center. We were very happy with this house and would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable. Appreciated two bathrooms- one with a step-in shower, dining area, computer area and a tv area, plus a living room. Could see the oil man statue of convention center from bedroom window! Will come again.

This is a great little place to stay. It is within walking distance to the Expo Center and Fairgrounds. The house is even bigger than is looks in the listing. The front bathroom even has a bidet and seat warmer on the toilet! The showers were nice and hot and water pressure was great! We have stayed at several vacation rentals over the years and this one is the best overall. If you are looking for a place in Tulsa at any point, I would recommend this one.

In town to watch Tulsa vs OU football. The location was excellent (5 mins to stadium) and home was thoughtfully decorated / stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable. The large, fenced rear yard made our family dog very happy!

We live in Tulsa and were displaced from our home due to a water leak. This property had everything we needed to feel as though we were “at home”. The kitchen is fully stocked, all you need to bring is food. The owner even had everyday items you don’t typically think to bring with you (I.e., toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, etc.). As a local resident, this house is in a great area, a quiet neighborhood, close to the Expo Square, a local water park, downtown, Utica square, the Gathering Place, and more. I highly recommend this location, and would definitely book here again if I need a place to stay locally. And the fact that dogs are allowed is an added bonus! The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room for families to spread out or gather together. 5 stars all around. Thank you to the owner for accommodating our family during this tough time!

We stayed for an event at the expo. It was perfect for walking back and forth to the event. The house was cozy and comfortable and perfect for cooking meals and enjoying family down time. Very easy checking in and out and communicating with the host. The house has plenty of room. The only down side was one tv, but we actually brought an extra tv for the kids video games, so we were set.

We were super excited abut the location of this property for the purposes of going to the State Fair, but it really ended up being a lovely place to chill and unwind as well. Very cute neighborhood and the house itself was great. Better than advertised, honestly. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out a relax. The kitchen was the highlight. So happy with our experience here. Thank you so much!

We met friends in Tulsa for the weekend to attend PGA Championship. The house is located in a nice neighborhood. It was a nice size for our group of 6. It was clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Owner was very nice. Great communication.

The hosts were responsive and had the lights on for us because we arrived at night. The house was spacious, clean, and inviting. Our dogs loved the large fenced in yard and we really appreciated being able to travel with them! We truly enjoyed our experience!

We really enjoyed this home and being able to bring our dog with us made all the difference!! We always have to get someone to keep her and this time we didn't. The area was great. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

House location was excellent a block or so from expo center. Everything was stocked at the house and ready to occupy for the long weekend. communication from owner was great. and everything was as planned . i would recommend.

Perfect Little Bungalow
We were in town for our daughter’s cheer competition and had to bring our dogs with us due to a last minute cancellation from our pet sitter. It was an amazing place to stay for us and the family! While we were there a crazy ice storm hit Tulsa on our last day and Kristi accommodated us by letting us stay an extra day as well as checking out a little later due to the road conditions. Both of which we greatly appreciated!! Definitely will be back! Thank you again for everything!

Girls Trip
We loved the house! Everything was clean. The decorations and special touches everywhere were nice. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Family room had games, blankets, Smart TV with a great sound system. The fenced in backyard was so nice with a cute sitting area and hanging lights. Location was perfect. Close to Walmart and Utica area for food and shopping. Thank you.

Love this property and its location near the Tulsa Expo Square facility for horse shows. Close, convenient, clean, and safe. Nice fenced backyard for the doggies. I try to stay here each time I'm in town.

Perfect for events at Tulsa Expo Square
We have stayed at this property 3 yrs in a row. It is a perfect location for events at the Expo center. The best part though is the host...Kristi is THE BEST. We have had small inconveniences and she is absolutely right on top of correcting ASAP. This year we had a storm with power outage and she checked on us several times, even calling out an electrician with a generator on a Sunday to make us more comfortable. 10/10!!!!

Would recommend this property especially for families. Nice layout of space with a large living area (with television, movies and games) separate from another living area. The two bathrooms were also nice and not common in this area. This is a great location, close to everything. The property owner responded immediately to questions.
