Hele mooie kamer met bubbelbad en een heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Zwembad en sauna waren ook heel fijn.

The room was spacious, and clean. The breakfast was outstanding.

Just a bit of the noisy motorway behind our the hotel, even with the window fully closed we could hear the cars noisy.

The room was spacious with a large TV, safe, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and ironing board. The bathroom was spacious too with a whirlpool bath and a wet room shower, however the toilet was separate in another room, but no washbasin in the toilet. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant, such a variety of food to choose.

I did not like the suite (safari). I booked it for 3 nights. However, I did not like it as the steamcabine was disgusting, which had a very bad smell.

The location, the parking, the spacious room, comfortable bed and good breakfast.

-The inexperienced staff (very young, most likely summer jobs for students) -The room wasn’t cleaned AT ALL during the whole week, even though I requested full service every day. They just « made the bed » (not even properly) and that’s it. Some stains were still there after 7 days, even a dirty toe nail that was already on the floor when we arrived. Terrible housekeeping staff. (See photos)

Perfect location for the use of public transport. We left the car in the garage for the duration of our stay and used public transportation.

The bed looked like it was already used and the holder of the toilet brush was not clean. There was no shower gel.

Cleaning could have been better. When we arrived, there were coffee spatters around the mirror in the bathroom, a dirty sock in one of the closets and a damp towel next to the closets.

Very well decorated , modern . Was ideally situated to get to the centre of Utrecht by public transport , we chose to walk , it was 50minutes , but very enjoyable .

We arrived 25 minutes early to check in , the receptionist said We could check in early for an extra 25euros I declined as we were already paying 202euros for 1 night . Jacuzzi bath was covered in what appeared to be red nail varnish and the toilet seat was not clean , not acceptable for this price of hotel .(pictures added below )

Everything was perfect, had a beautiful delux room on the 19th floor with best views ever and a nespresso machine, we also had a whirlpool in the bathroom where you can still see the view from!! Amenities were in great shape and clean including the gym and rooftop pool/welness area. Breakfast was so varied with everything you didn't even know you wanted including an omlete station and cheesecake for Breakfast ❤️. We had the greatest time and wished we could have stayed more!!

The breakfast was superb. So much choice. The room was very quiet.

Very noisy young children jumping in and out the small swimming pool. I wouldn’t mind if it had been early evening but it’s not good between 21.00 and 22.00 when people are trying to relax. The hotel should have a cut off time for young children.

Wife got served meat when she ordered vegetarian. I did not have the proof because I ate it just to see if it was chicken (it was). They justified it with the dact that they were on a loss (vegetarian was 1€ cheaper). They send an email pretending to care ablut the environment but in reality they just dont want to clean the room. All we got was the bed done and a pillow on a lamp.

Bedroom door (upon checkin) was left ajar. Stains on the carpet and in the bathroom. Steam iron cord in disarray. This is certainly not the van der walk hotel that I am accustomed to. Front desk made the excuse that it is the cleaning service's fault. I’m just surprised and dumbfounded that they did not offer to give me a different room (even when asked!!). It was a terrible “welcoming” experience.

Good restaurant with good price/quality balance. Friendly client orientated personel. Good communication inside building, user- friendly ;) Display in the lift with realtime clock on church tower, birds sounds, and day-time changes was just amazing. In general very good standard. With amazing digitalising.

Remarks only to cleaning. In general on right level. But ;) leftovers of rose petals under the bed, hasn't been cleaned up after other guests. You can buy rose petals as an option, what is in itself very good idea, and also payable, but needs to be removed. Risky theme are wooden shutters, looks beautyful, but time-expensive to clean, so you can find some dust overthere. Few remarks to dirty silicon finishing in bathroom.
