Amazing views great size rooms plenty of room for the whole family to spread out through the room and facilities

We needed to be close by for work, so the location was great. The beach was close for walking and there were plenty of options for restaurants, bars, and shops.

It would be easier to get the keys onsite as we didn't have a car. The TV in the second bedroom is not tuned, so unwatchable. The sliding door to the second bedroom was off the roller, so unusable.

kitchen had the bare minimum. lounge was really uncomfortable had a coffee machine but no coffee pods available towels given were the bare minimum

Great location. Clean. Facilities were good.

Some of the beds were quite uncomfortable & some of the top quality appliances in the room were not allowed to be used by guests.Also, I expected 1 car spot to be available free of charge within the complex, however, I was told I had to pay extra per new get to park there.

Location was amazing, additional facilities such as pool, spa, sauna + gym were amazing too, did not know we had access to these prior to arrival

Confusing communication between Peppers reception and ourselves. They were not 100% about us leaving bags at reception etc as we were not staying “with them”. Seemed slightly off we had booked through someone else and not them directly.

The location is perfect and the apartment is very comfortable. Well appointed and very spacious with outstanding hinterland views and some sea views too. Definitely stay here again.

the apartment was spacious and modern for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The main bathroom has spectacular views of the ocean. The services available in the complex are fantastic, we enjoyed a teppanjaki bbq facility with friends one night and played pooled in the guest suite another.

the location, the view & the space of the unit.

laundry door was hard to open and close, needs so repair. the lifts were out of order most of the days of the week so made for some congestion and long waits.

The unit was very nice.

Requested a high unit but we’re on Level 7 found it a bit noisy

no cupboards in the second bedroom.. needed to live out of a suitcase! toilet in the only bathroom was very close to second bedroom…dishwasher didn’t dry the dishes, needed finish installed. ironing board was broken so couldn’t iron clothes

Great location close to restaurants etc but not too close so a bit quieter. Good insulation of any street noise. Nice pool, lovely zen garden with good bbq facilities and places to sit. Good contact from office both before arrival and courtesy call before we left. Apartment clean bed comfortable.

pretty much nothing.

The property is pretty much a one bedroom, but they advertised as two bedrooms. The pictures in Bookings.com was nothing like the room. We have stayed in many two bedrooms apartments down the GC, and this is pretty much the worst. we went as two groups and one group had to stay in the smaller room with poor air conditioning. our second group pretty much had a terrible weekend. The shared bathroom had a big glass window to the master bedroom, and made guests feel uncomfortable using the bathroom or showers. Key collection was also in a terrible location for pickup. The staff in my opinion reacted quite slow. I had someone reached out from this place, and I agreed to change a few wordings but I'm quite firm on my opinion, so therefore the score won't change, and will never be booking this place again.

Excellent location! Close to the Pacific Fair shopping centre and Osis shopping centre. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

I was amazing the only thing that had a minor fault was the shower door wouldn’t close properly so a tiny bit of water would get out but besides that the apartment was amazing
