The property is really dissatisfied, first of all the bed sheets wasn’t clean, a lot dust on floor obviously didn’t clean properly. Sofa is broken, Kettle doesn’t work, fridge is small, Aircond is leaking, parking access to property not convenient. The worst case is their customer service, responsive at first but after check in to the property the curtain controller totally not working, ask customer service they didn’t response. While after check out totally not responsive & didn’t follow up on the deposit refund. As promised to pay back after check out (they promised will proceed the payment every Saturday, Tuesday & Thursday) but when we check out on Saturday only they say need to wait cleaner to clean the property. I just waited till Wednesday they didn’t update me on the refund status until I spam msg & call, even complaint with booking.com customer service only they started reply my message. End up I got my deposit refund on Wednesday. Super bad experience, management team really sucks.
