من افضل الفنادق في البحرين سكنت فيه قبل 3 سنوات تقريباً ومازال الفندق يقدم نفس الخدمة المتميزة جداً الموضفين جميعهم متعاونين الفندق مليء بالمرافق اللتي تملىء وقت الفراغ لدرجة انك لا تحتاج ان تغادر الفندق للبحث عن الترفيه

Reception and lobby were good

Parking building was not really good. The elevator was only on the 10th floor . Bathroom towels were torn. The Tv was very slow because of the hotel program.

كل شي في المكان كان جميل ترتيب استقبال تعاون نظافه وروايح جميله ولا أنسى الأخ ضياء ومن يعملون معه بكل مسميتهم شكراً لكم 😇

مكتوب إطلالة على البحر والبحر جدا بعيد مختلف تماما عن الصور

عدم استجابة اللستقبال للطلبات

المكان جميل ونظيف والطاقم جدا محترمين وخدومين

This is my second time staying in The Grove hotel amazing hotel. Clean, modern, great sea view rooms and very welcoming staff.

Hotel is clean and decent my room had very beautiful view to the beach and the staff are very nice

They need to improve the parking lots access and have an elevator from the parking

They post different pictures than reality, no facilities for kids, the reception guy was not cooperative and rude a bit!!

احدى موظفات الاستقبال لم ارى اي ترحيب او ابتسامة ترحيبه بالنزلاء مع الاسف ( جنسية عربيه ) بحاجة لدورات مكثفه في البرتكول ؟ ونفس اللحظه حدثة مشاحنة في الكلام مع نزيله اخرى

المرافق متكاملة وتعامل موظفي الفندق راقي وأشكرهم على حسن استقبالهم وتعاملهم وخصوصاً الأستاذ رضا . والنظافة ممتازة .

عدم وجود مصعد في مواقف السيارات . يتواجد في الدور الثالث فقط وإذا أوقفت سيارتك في أي دور غير الثالث لا تستطيع الوصول الى الدور الثالث .

لايوجد وسيلة خاصة بالنزلاء للوصول للشاطئ

What I really like about the hotel, is that mostly every time I come to check in when I ask for upgrade usually they give me which makes me feel that I want to come every time specially that I will always come to to Bahrain because I have meetings and will stay there du to the great hospitality.

That I asked once to go to Solymar beach club and they didn’t give me the access to go although that I went there twice before.

Location was very good

Service was very poor. We got to the hotel and no butler nor anyone in front to help with our luggage, probably because we were black because when the Arabs and other white folks arrived someone was there to help them with their luggage from check in to their rooms. We were just given a key card and directed to the lift to our room. Awful service.

Good food variety (breakfast), quiet atmosphere and friendly staff.

Breakfast ends at 11am, so if you arrive at 10:30, most stations are empty and several varieties won't be available.

The staff is courteous and honest. We forgot our money in hotel room and housekeeping staff returned it. It was amazing.
