The room is very well and tastefully fitted and spacious. Their light supper toasted sandwiches is a good idea but I was grateful when Fari made me some mealie meal porridge which is what I perferred.

The breakfast selection is very limited to eggs etc. good idea to have cereals, vegan/vegetarian options including alternative milks, fruits.

The rooms are very well maintained and clean. Delicious and freshly prepared breakfast served at Jacaranda and the overall service was excellent. Staff are very friendly and check in regularly to ensure all is well.

I liked the room, its cleanliness and the good breakfast

The staff members gave a vibe of as if they are being bothered when asked for something. They were not too happy to help.

Location was excellent in a very quiet neighbourhood and the bonus was having a security guard onsite overnight which made us feel more comfortable. Breakfast was ok, maybe in the future they could offer more choices for vegetarians. The staff went above and beyondto make sure that we had everything we needed. Sisi Fari and Sarah were very professional and I would stay here without a doubt when back in Harare. This was truly a home away from home. And thank you to Samira as well, absolutely exceptional host.
