it’s Zimbabwe, so everything needs a bit of a refresh. But staff were super friendly and helpful, bed was really comfortable, and rooms spotless. You’re right near the heart of downtown Harare, that comes with its challenges but it’s great to be near the hustle and bustle.

I have one complaint, but I know the situation so it’s understandable. No coffee other than instant…

Maybe for the price include breakfast.

Poor customer care. Guests are not escorted to their rooms when checking in. I had to carry my luggage alone to the room that was upstairs.

not enough water in the fridge, no Iron or Ironing board in the room, no lifts to go upstairs especially with heavy bags, socket plugs not working well in rooms and outside, temporary WiFi comes and goes, bathrooms had not enough soap and towels (only for one person) yet we were two of us.

Food was so nice. And staffs in restaurant are very kind.

Front big man staff is so bad. He thrown key card and speak and behavior are like rude. For Another visitor is kind but for me very rude. So I also don’t want to ask him. He is not suit on this hotel….should speak more softly and smile…. My Christmas is not so good experience the reason of him.

Location is pretty good, WiFi is decent enough although sometimes it drops entirely, and food in the restaurant is pretty good.

Cleanliness can improve, from wiping down tables inside and by the pool, to getting rid of rats. Yes, rats. WiFi stability can be improved. The lady who sits by the front door to the restaurant is not friendly, and seems rather dismissive of clients. It's a chore getting help from her. Also, clients don't need to look or chase down for waiters.
