Everything was ok in the room

Staff was neither friendly nor hospitable. I requested late checkout for 12:00 pm when booking and received confirmation approving this prior to hosting via app. During checkout the employee complained about the time and said that this was not allowed. Even after the explanation she continued complaining that we should have checked out at 10:00 am and saying that late checkout was not allowed.

The host Rita was always available to assist us with a late check-in and very warm and friendly.

Everything, sheets were dirty no extra socket for changing.

The rooms are small

I booked this accommodation for a guest and when he arrived they told him they didn't have any accommodation. Even after speaking I spoke to them by phone and gave them my name and a booking reference they didn't accommodate my guest. After he had left they told me they actually did have room as they made the booking in my name DESPITE having my guest's name on the booking form. They also asked him to pay cash when I had given booking.com my credit card details. In correspondence afterwards they told me my guest had lied so I take a very dim view of their customer service!!!
