The SHOWER! And the fact it’s in a great location, even though it’s near a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet.

As a family room, having a bed settee, it could do with having at least a small coffee table to rest your cups etc. on. Apart from that, I can’t fault it.

Decided to have a bath, bad idea 👎, water going into the overflow leaks under the floor covering (linoleum) made a BIG puddle and wetting the carpet in several places! Definitely needs looking into.

Had to jump out of a wedding 10 miles away because place would not allow even a bag drop earlier than desgnated check in of 4:00 pm. Then insisted in charging me again before handing over keys even though I had paid booking.com 2 weeks before. Took over a month of pestering to get my money back. Car park had huge rats running around! Foyer and corridors were filthy and room felt dirty. Finally I booked a room with 2 single beds but were given a double which they said could not be changed (even though the place looked mostly empty) so given I was with my sister I had sleep on a dodgy sofa!

Nowhere to get a decent meal

Good location.

Terrible room. Even though the hotel was almost empty I was given room 16 which is in a terrible condition with a poor bathroom. The shower was blocked and didn’t drain, the room is right by the entrance so noisy when people arrive and leave. The bed felt like it was broken and the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

What breakfast

The shower was blocked and rang the numbers to sort it out as they said you can talk to some one 24 hour service I left a voice mail no one rang me

Affordable and good sized rooms. Tea and coffee facilities, however only 1 mug and glass in our room and the two rooms of the rest of our group.

Carpet could do with a clean. No fans in the room and no staff to approach quickly as check in is in the petrol station
