The room is nicely located with shops such as Pop life roughly a 15 minute walk away. Also you're very close to the Athalassa National Forest Park. The room itself was nice and airy and when the temperatures went above the mid 20s the AC worked wonderfully. I will admit I was surprised to have UK sockets. Everything was working as intended and the room was very clean upon my arrival.
The room does look like it needs to be redecorated in a few areas and the ensuite door could possibly do with replacing. It might also be worth investing in a fire alarm and a Carbon Monoxide alarm just in case people burn food in the oven or microwave. Otherwise I can't fault this place

The rooms came with a lot of equipment, including a washing machine. We really appreciated being able to do laundry as well as the free parking. It was also good that there was someone on site that could deal with issues.
It just needs some maintenance, as the shower head was in need of repair and some of the equipment in the room we ended up in was older and it showed. Also, we ended up washing the sheets and pillow cases because they smelled a bit.

i liked the comfortable bed and the price was decent
the room smelled like mold, the room had different holes on the walls or doors that were poorly covered by a bandage or just paint.

Absolutely amazing location in the heart of Nicosia I love Athallassa as I go up biking there each week. Was great walking around and exploring

Family of five, stayed in the apartments for 2 nights. Our room was 01. We came back late the first night and the room was full of small or tiny cockroaches. Everywhere, bathroom, corridor, even in the fridge. It ruined our stay, since we were traveling with small kids, our fridge was full (milk, juices, cheese etc). The second night we didn't dare to open the lights, there would have probably been there too. Please owners disinfest properly before renting out..

nice warm room with everything necessary for a few days we spent with all cooking utensils in a quiet part of Nicosia with private parking and a large paved yard.

Absolutely this place is fantastic.. Clean room with wifi and all kitchen equipment, hot and cold water.. outside is surrounded with different fruit trees.. quite place with free parking.. easy to have a contact with the owner 😊
I have no complaints, people who are complaining has to understand that this is not Sheraton or Hilton but it can be more comfortable.

It has a beautiful garden includes different tress, and for those who had a car there is park lot available next to properties, if you walk down town you can find a super market which is open until 20:00
its far from city center and Nicosia Solomos square, from the square you must take bus number 4 to General hospital of Nicosia, and then take bus number 36, then walk like 500 meters to find properties. another problem is property key collection, you must enter 2 password to collect property keys

Whole place looked old and dirty. There was no window in the room, smell inside was really bad. It is not clean. We found two cockroaches on the floor. Do not recommend this place.

Considering all negative feedback, you get a price you can't beat.
Cleanliness is lacking and the cockrauches agree. The bed covers had stains on them.
The shower is quirky, its drain is nearly plugged so you have to stop the water before it overflows.
And when you close the hot water, that is IF there was hot water to begin with, it refuses to come down again.
With minimal effort it could be a lot better.
However, if you can overlook what I mentioned, it's a fair place to stay at an excellent price.
