The room was so comfortable and with complete appliances. Great!

The couch was disgustingly dirty. We asked the host to get it cleaned but he chooses to ignore that. We were asked for 2500 PHP deposit on arrival wich wasn’t shown anywhere on Booking.com. Some stuff was broken actually- don’t know what would have happened to our deposit if we would not have checked everything carefully during check in.

I did not expect that there is a 2500php deposit before checking in..the care taker, axle told to me that he will return my deposit after checking out but it’s been 9 days already and he haven’t deposit to my brothers bank acct.

Perfect location! 5mins drive to my work. Walking distance at supermarket. It is just beside jollibee,7/11 and Savemore! In front is BDO. And just an overpass is SM North and Trinoma! A minute drive to QC circle. I love the kitchenette. We prepare our own food. The unit is clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Mr.Axl let us check in as early as 12noon. During ECQ,need to present medical clearance.

Towels are not good. Bring your own towel and home slippers. No duvet and hair dryer. And We didn’t see iron and ironing table. Need to check the tiles of the bathroom. Indoor Swimming pool is not available during ECQ. But all in all,it was a good stay.
