立地がよい。ご飯やさんが周りに色々あり便利でした。

快適に過ごせました。あえて言うならトイレとお風呂が一緒。

スタッフの対応が日本で泊まったシティ系のホテルで今までの中でNo.1です！車の誘導で言えば、元気の良いガソリンスタンドのように顧客に気がづくこと、エレベーター前にいた外国人スタッフに製氷器はどこにあると聞くと部屋番号を聞かれお持ちしますと、部屋ね布団を弾きにきたスタッフの方から空気を読んで我が家の子供のことについてまずは褒め、話しかけてきたこと。一人一人が顧客に対して独自に考えるように、かつ、顧客にいかに気持ちの良いと思われるような対応をするか、と言うことの訓練を受けてるのがよく伝わった。いいホテル、いい会社ですね。

This is my fourth time stay in this hotel. Very convenient for car pick up as Nissan rent a car is nearby together with my favourite restaurant.

Location - close to the train station and shops Hotel looks new and posh from the outside

It’s a bit dated (old) in the inside, hotel does not have A/C, only heater which was controlled centrally by the hotel staffs. We asked for the room temperature to be dropped to 20 or 19 degrees celcius, however, this couldnt be done as per the above. The staff was kindly organised for our window to be unscrewed and open so we get a fresher and cooler air from the outside.

Hotel wifi almost never worked on our devices. But everything else was very good.
