Provide an alternative for those attending meeting or courses in Putrajaya offices. The apartment like hotel room provides complete amenities and even a washing machine, electrical stove and microwave. The aircond and refrigerator work 😊. I like the soap and shampoo😍

Like most of hotel..there was no wall clock be it digital or analog. It’s nice to have but not mandatory😉. There was a connecting bridge between the hotel and Alamanda but due to poor signage, you will go round and round. At the end the external way thru the main entrace is easier..straight to Parkson😙

The toilet sewage was terrible, the dryer doesn’t work properly and the toiletries were terrible , both pump for shampoo and shower gel not working well.

The room are very spacious and clean. Even the living area and dining area are very good. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The TV Channel are a bit dissapointed. I think You should add more to the Channel. There's no dishwasher liquid.

Wide variety of breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff. Bid swimming pool. Big size apartment. Clean & comfortable bed, toilet & kitchen. Got fridge, not mini bar size. Microwave oven & rice cooker being provided and not to forget the washing machine. Wifi super fast.

Variety of breakfast was the same on the 2nd day. As mentioned in other guest review, there was a bad smell in the toilet suspected from the drainage pipe which might due to poor design of it. The hotel might want to provide air freshener. Dishwash detergent need not being provided; RM15 if you need it. The toiler bidet was the type that "shooting" from the bowl, not the one with hose. Some might find this troublesome. Swimming pool water tasted a bit salty like diluted sea water.

The bathroom can be improve with a proper exhaust or ventilation system. The odour from toilet stays in and i need to use air fresheners to clear the odour.

very large apartment high up - very good view and most of the things needed were there. Restaurant was very good and value for money . Once we needed something from the room service, they came fast

We reserved for 3 people but received 2 sets of towels ( was corrected after calling) and they also put only one roll of toile paper for 1 day ( was solved after calling) - but you need to tell them exactly what you need and then they deliver in short time. THE MOST unfortuante part was, that even we were high floor we could hear the noise from the street, as we had a room close to the main street

Hot water from the shower takes minutes to flows. Expectation for 2nd room to have 2 single o queen bed.

great location - walk distance mall and food area. facilities - the room feel like home, great view, kitchen area, bedroom and the washing machine in the room make my stay more relaxed. the swimming pool and the service towels after swimming is extra points.

cleanliness - can see dusty specially at the corner area, inside the tv cabinet and under it, under the sofa and behind the curtains. and the carpet if they can vaccum each time check out it will be great for the next check in guest as notice a lot of hair on the carpet and the room floor.

If compared to other 5 stars hotels within Putrajaya (for 2 pax), this Mercure Living 2-bedrooms service apartment was a value for money for 3 pax, in my opinion. Still new with modern furnishing and appliances. Very clean and kind of spotless. For example, the sofa fabric was light in colour and surprisingly spotless, comfortable and no bed-bugs. I stayed at 27th floor and got a nice view of skyline towards Kajang/Bangi. There's a lot of lighting and all in working condition. The kitchen was nearly fully furnished with cutlery, pan and pot. It came with midsized fridge, electric stove (I think induction-type), large fan extractor for heavy cooking, microwave oven, electric kettle and even a rice- cooker. Only thing missing was cooking knives. There's even a washing machine with air dryer feature (not tumble dryer). All the appliances I would say as branded i.e. Panasonic, Fotille and Samsung. There were about 5 lifts serving all floors and super fast, no worries on waiting time. Close to Alamanda Shopping mall, just cross the road or via a bridge. The hotel is located in Shaftesbury mall and there were few shops there such as Mcdonald and Starbucks.

The hotel does not provide minerak water as they have a policy on reducing plastic waste, so they provided a stainless steel jug and we could get drinking water from a cooler at each floor. Anyway I just bought few mineral water from 7 Eleven downstairs.
