The place was a little dirty. There was dog hair or some kind of hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom sink was barely able to efficiently empty. Lori was good about communication. But the condo is really small.

My husband and I stayed here in June of 2024. We loved the location close to everything. Right on the beach walkable which we really enjoyed. Everything included that you need in the condo! Just a little outdated in the inside, but we loved everything, and the owners are great!

We loved the location and the extras that came with this property, such as the bikes and beach chairs. We were able to park our car and bike wherever we wanted to go. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise on the beach as well.

Cozy for just two of us. The room, grounds, laundry and other areas were kept clean. Access to the beach was a plus! We also enjoyed the bikes and many trails in the area! We would come back again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We liked the location although ‘ocean view’ was a bit of a stretch. It was close to shopping, golf and restaurants. We enjoyed the bikes-exploring the town. The accommodations were a bit tight but as the weather was wonderful it worked well.

This was such a great little place to stay on the island! The pool is situated so that on windy days you can enjoy the shelter. The two bikes were great to have access to. We rode all over the island! It was also wonderful to have use of beach chairs. It was a close walk to coligny plaza and situated right on the beach. This was a very cozy place to stay with a nice living room and kitchen area to come back to at night. We chose to not cook this particular week but it’s nice to have the option. We look forward to renting again next year 💛

We usually stay at Sea Side in another condo but it was currently being renovated. We decided to give condo a try. The location on the first floor near the stairs was great. I knew we would be getting in well before check-in so I asked to drop off some things in the house that had to be refrigerated. The owner was very accommodating. The condo is older but clean. I'm not sure if the bed was a queen or a double, but it felt small to us, in all fairness, we are used to a king. There wasn't a tv in the bedroom which was difficult for me, but not a deal breaker. The kitchen had the basics, but not dishwasher. Definitely bring things like baggies and containers, foil if you plan to cook and need them. I know some places have them there and some don't, so just an fyi. The bathroom was very clean as well. We would stay here again. You cannot beat the location of Sea Pines for the cost.

Clean, small, not really a view. Too many codes for entry to gate, condo, beach, bike locks. Close to beach.

Condo was clean and comfortable for the 2 of us . We enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided . Location is close to shops and restaurants . Would recommend this condo and would stay here again .

Cute condo, perfect for up to three people. Great location. Was bummed when we arrived to have our view be entirely of a dumpster overflowing with garbage. I wish we were notified by the owners about that, then we wouldn't have been so shocked by it. I understand construction delays, just a heads up from the owner would be nice.

The location could not be better. This is right on the beach and bikable to everywhere. The place was cute and the bikes were such an extra plus. They were in great shape and I would definitely go again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo right by the beach! Check in was easy, condo was clean and ready for a relaxing weekend away! We enjoyed the addition of the bikes, which we ride on the beach!

Overall the property was nice. Unfortunately during this time there was a giant trash trailer parked in the parking lot at the time due to some work. Other then that stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

Great property and a great location. This was our first trip to Hilton Head during the winter. It was exactly what we needed. Property management shared all check-in information prior to visit and promptly replied for all questions. Thank you for a great visit!

Other than getting regular tv stations when we checked in. The stay was great despite the weather. Owners were very helpful with the tv and all was well the rest of our stay. The unit was clean and perfect for two.
