Our little family loved our stay! It is centrally located to city beach, downtown and the park which is a major plus! The house had everything we wanted. The welcome gift left was such a great surprise and started our vacation off with a bang! Thank you for everything!!

Everything was in perfect condition, in a restful pale grey color scheme. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Peaceful and comfortable.

Made a trip back to Clear Lake with my sisters. Looking for the house we grew up in. As luck would have it, the house was next door to this house. Made it very convenient to visit and we were able to meet the lady that is now living in the house. We loved this home and the downstairs was so nice to play cards and listen to the old albums on the record player. Plenty of space for all 5 of us. The owners are easy to communicate with if you need anything. We will be coming back if life cooperates.

We had a girls weekend that was topped off with a 60th Bday party with family and grandchildren. Even though the back patio was small, it was a wonderful place to hang out and we all had a great time in the 70-80 temps. Had our Bday guest been more mobile I'm sure the close walk to the beach and surrounding area would have been fantastic. It was a lovely little home with room for all, especially with the large finished basement. I would stay again.

Good space for the 5 of us ladies. Good location to walk to city park. Had everything we needed. We went in March so a little chilly but still had fun

A very clean and comfortable place to stay. Felt just like home. We were pleasantly surprised the location to the park and downtown area was within walking distance as well as the local grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to next year!

Our family loved this clean, very nicely decorated home! The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to City Beach and downtown shopping & restaurants.
The owners are amazing. Ww left some clothing that they are happily mailing back to us. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Enjoyed our weekend in Clear Lake. The property is great, fantastic location close to downtown restaurants and bars all within a short walk. The property itself was well appointed and exceptionally clean. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a Clear Lake weekend or vacation.

It was a great house in a great location.
The house had everything we needed for home away from home. We enjoyed hanging out in the basement playing games and listening to records. The Winter Dance Party at the Surf Ballroom was awesome. Nice walk to the lake just a little cold for us.

Five adults stayed in the house. It had a well appointed kitchen. For three of the meals, we entertained eight adults . And seated all around the dining room table which could easily be extended from four to eight places.

Great cozy but spacious rental!
We had a wonderful experience with this property! The owners were great to communicate with and were very responsive! It had everything we needed and was so comfortable and cozy!! We will definitely be looking to stay there again!!

Perfect Location
Looking for a place close to downtown and near the beach of Clear Lake? This a perfect place to stay. This house had everything we needed and then some. From cold water waiting in the fridge for us, to cooking supplies, bathroom amenities and games for kids. Walking distance to downtown and great little hometown feel with great little shops and restaurants to choose from. Lon was a great host and quick to respond to any questions that we had. If we travel here again we will for sure book this little gem❤️

Perfect for our needs
Lon was very accommodating and the house was absolutely perfect! We needed something my 90 year old grandma could get into and around as well as space to decorate cupcakes and cook items for my daughter's wedding. It was spacious and clean....I would love to come back sometime when I can sit back and relax!
