I loved how absolutely friendly every staff working was my entire stay! They treat you like family, make conversation when we come and go through the lobby, smile, and are all kind. I also LOVED the breakfast! So many great options and the staff kept everything stocked and fresh. Tables were constantly cleaned, even when it was busy. The pool was so much fun for my family and very clean. The whole facility was clean and looked great the entire stay. It was also very nice to have an outside courtyard type option!

There was some miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel and my reservation ended up appearing as canceled when I went to check in. It was a little stressful but the staff found me a room and took care of helping to make sure I was not double charged. Highly impressed! Just wanted to share for future booking.com reservations to help everyone in those situations!

I went in 4 weeks B4 my stay to confirm and I was told they never received my booking; that I should just call them to book a room. So when I got my email confirming the 2nd booking, it was all messed up - 1 night at $200. I called and complained, so they then booked me for 2 nights at $137 a night; they would not honor my original booking thru your site. I cancelled everything and stayed at the Super 8 in town and it was HORRIBLE!

Breakfast was great.

The pool area was outdated, also wouldn't allow food, beverages, etc in area.

Great location for a one night stop on our way to Duluth. hot breakfast! very clean.
