We had so much fun. The property was really nice and spacious perfect for all 7 of us. Super clean and a great location right near the beach. The property owner was quick to get back if there was an issue and really nice as well. Would definitely recommend and would even stay here again!!

Nice house, just like the pictures and it’s right by the beach.

The house was neat and orderly. There were beach toys for the kids, and lots of soft towels for everyone. The rooms were and clean. We had a pleasant time although the weather didn't completely cooperate. Thank you!

The check in process are a breeze and the house had enough space for our group (8). Everything was clean and beautiful. The pictures don't do justice to this house. House was near the beach and there were grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Weather was crappy when we were there but we enjoyed our indoor time at this house very much.

This property suited our needs well. Close to the ocean. Was very happy. Only wish it would have had one more queen bed instead of the twins. Would definitely stay again!

There were 8 of us that stayed in this house. Everything about the property was nice, location, size, cleanliness, and communication with owners about an issue we had. Just a few things need to be upgraded/made better: the bathroom with just a shower was not always flowing hot water in the shower. It fluctuated from cold, luke warm, warm, and once in a while would get hot. This made it difficult for my father who is a right leg amputee to shower comfortably. No grab bars in this bathroom either, not near toilet or inside shower so my father had to literally be held up and helped to transfer to a shower chair (we brought one) so he could get in shower safely. Also, bedrooms need to be arranged better in order for wheelchair to properly get around the rooms. Overall, the house was quaint and owners were responsive with any questions and any issues we had.

Our owner was responsive and checked on us frequently. Everything was clean and in working order. The bedrooms were small but functional. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen meet our needs. The neighborhood was not what we expected. We expected to be able to see the ocean. The houses were very close together but the neighbors that were out and about were friendly. The location was good for us. Between Williamsburg and Virginia Beach so we were able to take advantage of attractions both north and south of this location. All in all -- good spot for the price.

The beach is also really nice, clean, and not overly busy or crowded. The owners of the house were always prompt in their responses and were always helpful. Wonderful!

We really loved the house-very clean and spacious. Everyone had their own room-which was nice. House is fully stocked with everything you would need. Shower is awesome! Short walk to the beach. Owners were quick to reply when asked a question and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

We were in the area for my niece's wedding. The house was perfect for our family over a long weekend. Very clean and comfortable. And we got to take advantage of the short walk to beach. Very nice weekend

We had a great time here! The property manager was easy to contact. The house was a great size for our family of 4. Alot of space and bedrooms. Nice to have tv in some of the bedrooms as our kids generally don't like what we watch. The place was very clean. Had a washer/dryer which I always think of as a plus. This house is about one and a half blocks to the beach. Not a bad walk at all. The beach was almost and had a nice shallow area for our kids. Very relaxing to not worry about rough surf. There are two very good restaurants on each corner a street in front of this house. We walked to pick up the food it's so close. Both places have great food! The neighbor does have a dog who barks occasionally. He does stop and he did not keep any of us awake. We are dog people so we didn't mind. All in all we had a great time! Thanks for everything!

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family of 5. Very clean. Walking distance to the beach and very secluded. We look forward to coming back. Owners were very nice and responsive to needs.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It's a short walk to bay access with gentle waves and opportunity to do some fishing. Only a 30 minute drive to experience the big ocean waves of Virginia Beach. The location allows for a short drive to many other attractions in the area. The host was great and very responsive.

This place is a short walk To the beach perfect for a family. During our week stay we visited Busch gardens. The Virginia zoo. The aquarium. And the battleship. The house was great. Everything we needed. Very helpful managers. Highly recommend
