My second stay here. Easy walk to the beach. Very spacious. Upstairs is a little hard to cool.

The condo was well laid out, and a wonderful place for spending a month in Hilton Head..Spacious living areas and bedrooms. Pretty much exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was top notch. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Had a wonderful stay.

Very nice property close to all the things HHI has to offer. Mike was very responsive whenever we had a question, and offered up suggestions to spots we haven’t been to before.

The condo was much bigger than anticipated leaving lots of room for us and our dogs to relax and play. The included kennel was helpful so that we could put the pups away while we were out. The proximity to the on-site pool was very convenient along with the bike path and short walk to the beach! The instructions and tips provided prior to arrival were very detailed and super helpful in getting acclimated and finding the way to the beach! We had an amazing time in HHI and we will be back!

Nice place situated near the sea pines end of the island. Walkable to the beach with a cart and right off the bike path. Community was nicely maintained with walkways that were lit at night to walk the dogs. The vaulted ceilings gave the place more light. Everything worked great except for a light that was broken but notified the owners and they responded quickly. The only thing I would recommend is stay up to at least 10:30pm to set the thermostat to 72. It’s automatically programmed to go back to 75 degrees every 2 hrs and the upstairs gets hotter than 75 due to warm nights and rising heat. Took me several nights of waking up sweating in middle of the night to figure that out since we go to bed early. After that , 72 was perfect.

Overall our stay was very good. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We called and asked a couple of questions and he was immediately available and provided any assistance we needed. The location was a little farther from the beach but still within walking distance. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. (maybe a little more silverware) We are not sure of our plans for next year but would stay here again. Mike did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable in HHI. We regret having to leave early because of a death in the family

The place was clean, spacious and the perfect location! A short walk to the beach and plenty of good restaurants/happy hour spots in short vicinity. Communication with host was great and everything was accurate in listing. Recommend!

My husband and I and our three dogs came down and stayed for 3 days for a quick getaway to celebrate Christmas and our anniversary. Mike made sure we had all of the information needed for parking passes, how to get into the condo, Wifi, TV remotes, etc…. This was super helpful and very much appreciated. The condo was very neat and clean and organized. It was quite easy to get comfortable and make ourselves at home. We also enjoyed walking our dogs throughout the property and the dogs loved seeing all of the squirrels dashing around! Found many great places to eat and shop and enjoyed some beach time as well! The neighborhood was very well kept, well lighted and quiet. We felt very safe walking at night. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!!

Our stay was wonderful. The beach is short eight minute walk, I do wish there were directions on the best way to get to the beach but we figured it out. My pups love the ocean and love the beach walks! Thank you Mike for being the perfect host any problem as small as it may be Mike is right there to walk you through it or handle whatever it is you need. I cannot wait to book next year‘s vacation!!! I will be staying at “Beachmore” again. Thank you for wonderful memories Mike!!!!

The condo was very cozy, clean, & a lot bigger than I expected! Mike was very helpful & quick to respond. Although I didn’t need much assistance as he made everything very easy for me from the beginning with all of the information provided in the packet. The check in/out process was very easy. I loved the chalkboard wall in the kitchen & reading all of the messages from previous guests. The keyless entry to the condo was a great feature as I didn’t have to worry about carrying around (or losing) a key. The condo complex was very clean & just a short walk to the beach. The condo complex location is conveniently close to restaurants & shopping. The pups & I enjoyed our stay very much. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit HHI! Thank you so much for having us!

There were a few very minor things that needed work in the condo, but nothing that was a big deal. Overall, it was wonderful and I’d love to come again. It was so much fun to bring the dogs on our vacation!

This was a great location convenient to everything. Let me say a quick shout out to Mike for me a super host, we had a minor problem with the front door lock and Mike wasJohnny on the Spot to correct the problem. We would definitely stay at this unit again had everything a person needs.

This unit was exactly as described in the listing. Well maintained, spacious, convenient to beach and restaurants, and “well loved.” The owner, Mike, is truly the most helpful and communicative owner we have ever worked with. We had an issue in the complex (not Mike’s fault) and he was so helpful and accommodating to us due to the inconvenience we were caused. The only thing I want it point out, specifically, is that while the listing and reviews do indicate the master bed is firm, it is beyond firm. It is super firm. Hard, actually. Make sure you are ok with a bed that is that firm. For me, personally, it was a bit rough to sleep on for a week. Otherwise, loved the condo and convenience and Mike was as kind as they come.

We enjoyed our stay & loved the pool being so close by. We loved reading messages from past guests in the kitchen. We appreciated the supplies available for the first couple days including dish soap, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent. We arrived at 4pm to check in & the cleaning crew was still there working so we had a few minutes to wait while they finished. We noticed they had not cleaned under one of the couches, so there were some old chips or something still there. I did notice that the thermostat would change either remotely or on it's own. We would set it to 72 at night & by morning it would be up to 76. Those were the only issues we had. The property is beautiful & well cared for. The owners make it very welcoming & were great to work with.

This condo was great for our group! Close to the pool on-site, parking spots right outside the unit, and a few minutes drive to the free beach parking! Lots of food and shops nearby! Mike, the owner was so helpful prior and answered all my questions beforehand. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks, Mike!

Owner is responsive. He’s honest in his description of property being “lived in/older.” There is room for 6 to sleep in beds and 2 on pull out - although our group was smaller. Location to beach and restaurants is good. Nice to be able to have dog there.

We booked this condo close to Christmas. The booking process and directions from owner we easy and clear. The condo was clean and simple, which is exactly what we were looking for, as well as allowing pets. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Great condo do our quick last minute trip!

We enjoyed staying at this rental. The accommodations are just as Mike describes, and the bike ride to the beach was very quick. A very spacious condo with all we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place. The house was spacious. We did have a difficult time working the thermostat, but Mike was able to fix it! The location is close enough to ride bikes to the beach and we met quite a few of the neighbors, all very friendly! We would gladly stay again.

My 2-1/2 yr old granddaughter came to me a couple of weeks ago and said, “Pop, I wanna go to the beach!” Of course, that meant jumping on VRBO to see if i could find a place for the following week. The owners were very accommodating and squeezed us in, although they had long term guests arriving right after us. The condo was perfect for us. Our granddaughter slept in the twin bed in the loft, just outside the master bedroom. The pool was great and was very close (can see it from the back deck. There is a 0.4 mile bike path that leads straight to a public access point to the beach. (Go south past the pool through the complex until you see the path, turn left). Location was close to all of our favorite restaurants. Appliances seemed new and worked perfectly. Table seating for 8. Bar seating for 4. My wife had to do some work while we were there. She set up at the table in the master bedroom. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms. There was another bedroom downstairs with a double and twin that we didn’t use. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay!

The owner was extremely responsive to all questions and easy to work with. The unit was larger than we expected and the kitchen was well stocked. I packed a lot of kitchen supplies as we were making Thanksgiving dinner there, but I wouldn’t have needed to! The kitchen had everything we needed plus a lot of staples other rentals don’t have. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, just a short drive away. We could’ve walked or biked but it was a bit chilly. The unit was clean on arrival and although it is older which the owner is clear about, it was a great place to spend the holiday and we would return. Thank you!

Close to many restaurants and the beach. Very close to the roundabout, which is very convenient. It was a nice and relaxing time.

This villa is in need of paint and new carpet.. The carpet on the staircase is stained as is the carpet in the bedroom. The kitchen appliances were nice but the cabinets and drawers were in need of cleaning with crumbs and coffee stains were inside the drawers. We ate out for every meal.. The extra bedroom was too warm and we were unable to keep the temperature set at a comfortable setting. We arrived at night and had difficulty finding the villa for lack of lighting.. The lock is difficult to use which is was problem in the dark while using our phones for a flashlight. From the pictures and description we certainly expected way nicer..The villa is also very dark in the daytime.. The pool was decent though. I have been to HHI vacationing for 35 years and never written a negative review on anything..I feel bad writing this but the villa tarnished my vacation and also my friends that I invited..

We loved our stay at Hilton Head! The owner, Mike, was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is extremely dog friendly, which was perfect for us. The condo grounds are beautiful, the super short walk to the pool was very nice. The walk to the beach was beautiful & easy. It only took ten minutes and was on a very convenient bike trail. The condo was set with many beach items and was well stocked with kitchen supplies. We also utilized the pack n play for our 18 month old son. There were plenty of linens and towels in the house and having a washer&dryer was very helpful too. The only thing that brought us down a star, was that there are many things on their “last life”. Some trim coming off near bath tubs, some light bulbs out, some blinds broken...etc. (all superficial and not necessary for a great stay) We would come and stay again in the future!

Property appeared clean. New floor looked very nice! Perfect for 2 small families. Very nice overall

Brought our two golden retrievers to HHI and this dog friendly condo worked out perfectly for us.

Our stay was wonderful. Mike Bella did a great job of communicating. Our only stress was that we could only park two vehicles at the condo but we made it work
