The hotel was below expectations. The washrooms were not working properly. The room had foul smell. Also, the staff and manger was very arrogant.
All the thing that one could have been expected.

Location was the only thing which was good about this stay.
Rooms and furniture was not clean and the blankets were smelly.
There was active water seepage in the walls from the floor above due to which made the rooms pretty humid.
There was an active (old school) open sewage outside the hotel which smelled extremely faul.
Rooms had only one plug point that too was in use by the TV.
Ligh was inadequate in the rooms and there was no sunlight.
Overall rooms were dark, dingy and unclean.
Staff was well behaved during our short stay.

Nice wonderful stay, the lake is nearby one can go for a relaxing walk, area is also peaceful and nice to stay in

Good stay, very near to the lake and good connectivity to all tourist places. The place has parking available and is clean and hygienic

The staff was very supportive whether it was property related queries or for around the city.
It started with a warm welcome and ended with a warm goodbye :D

Location is very good. Couple friendly ambience.
Food is not upto the mark. Staircase is very narrow. Staffs at hotel are humble . However, back office staff start calling for payment at 11pm once book room through booking.com.

It is a very nice hotel, very clean and safe. The view also is very good. Good thing also that parking is available

The staff is phenomenal. They will go out of their way to accommodate your request.
I was upgraded to a suite at no extra cost as I was travelling with a baby.
All small requests were taken care of.
Please remember it is a budget option. Do not have high expectations and you will remain happy. It is a large Haveli converted to a small hotel.

WiFi was terrible.
15 minutes taxi from Lake Pachola where all the action is.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Location of the hotel, near the lake, was nice.
Most of the staff spoke hardly English. A Basic English course would greatly help communication between staff and visitors.
Unless clear instructions were given, staff did not follow up on daily routines. Eg. breakfast not cleared unless specifically asked for. Water brought to the room only when asked for.
There could be more variation in the breakfast menu. Fresh fruit would be much appreciated.
In case of minor issues arising between hotel management and visitors, they should solve these issues between themselves. Only for serious matters Booking.Com can be called.
