This has been a home away from home for us during our road trip around south island in June. The house is well equipped for all of our needs and much more! Using the bikes to cycle around the neighbourhood marked our first experience cycling in winter! :)

Cozy home with all the amenities, including a lovely back yard. Located close to restaurants and grocery store. I only wish we had time to stay longer!

Had everything we needed for our stay. Walkable to stores and a few restaurants in town. Easy day trip to Mount Cook area. House was clean, comfortable bed, outdoor deck and furniture.

We had a great time in this lovely holiday bach. We chose it due to its proximity to Aoraki Mount Cook where we did some day hikes and because it looked so cosy and other guests had mentioned how well set up for families and clean it was. We loved playing the board games at night and we used the bikes for a lovely ride along the river. It was very clean and well looked after and we hope to visit again in the near future. Great communication with the host - - we felt well looked after even before checking in. We all loved our stay!

Stayed two nights with a family of 8. The weather was fine so we cooked and ate outside...good BBQ and lounge area outside. The inside lounge/kitchen area was small for the size of our group. Most things in the kitchen and pantry, but overall a well appointed property in a handy location.

Andrea is a very nice host, easy to communicate, always responsive. The place is in an amazing place, Twizel is a beautiful town, easy drive to lake Pukaki, Lake Tekapo and Mt. Cook.

This was a great place to stay and we loved the back deck and barbecue. Very central, close to the shops and with a lovely back garden. It was fun to have the bikes to ride around town and it was a convenient base for exploring the Mt Cook National park. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

We stayed here as a large family group and we’re all pleasantly surprised at how well done this holiday home was. Everything you could want was supplied, it was clean and tidy and so well set up. Beds were comfy and the shower was amazing. Very clean and tidy, plenty of off street parking. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Twizel

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and good to come home to after a long day fishing on the canals. Very handily located.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this house. The pictures are accurate and the house is very clean and tidy. Communications with the owner were excellent too. We really appreciated the abundance of pots/pans/dishes and pantry items. The large shower is really nice and works great. We used this house as a base from which to visit Mt. Cook and as a halfway spot between Christchurch and Queenstown, which was our next stop. This area is really nice and the scenery is beautiful. Wish we'd allotted more time to staying here. Would happily return again in the future.

Excellent property, very modern and stylish. Perfect for a group staying together. Only downsize toilet/bathroom is located between two bedrooms which is slightly less than ideal, otherwise great!
