De kamers zijn gedateerd voor de prijs die je betaalt. Sporen op het plafond van een waterlek Schimmel achter de glazen wanden in de badkamer Airco die niet werkte

Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt. Gute Zentrale Lage. Schnell in der Altstadt. Super war, dass man die Minibar ohne zusätzliche Kosten benutzen konnte. Es stand immer eine Flasche Wasser bereit.

Das Hotel rühmt sich als Nichtraucherhotel. Unser Zimmer lag genau über der Raucherecke des Hotelpersonals. Als Nichtraucher war es für uns besonders störend den Rauchgeruch durchs Fenster unseres Zimmers abzubekommen. Außerdem hörte man vor allem nachts die Tür zur Raucherecke, die häufig frequentiert wurde, zuknallen. Außerdem hörte man alle Gespräche des Personals, welches sich in der Raucherecke aufhielt. Das war nervig. Die Parkgebühren des Parkhauses waren etwa 8€ / Tag teurer als es im Internet stand. Das Personal an der Rezeption beharrte auf den teureren Preis. Von Kulanz keine Spur.

I have asked the reception for hot water in the shower. I stayed in Pullman Hotel for 13 nights. I couldn't get hot water.

BREAKFAST HAS LITTLE VEGAN OPTIONS. WHAT EVER VEGAN WAS AVAILABLE WAS NOT MANAGED PROPERLY. AS VEGAN AND NON VEGAN OPTIONS WERE LAY OUT TOGETHER AND SAME CUTLERY WAS USED TO SERVE BOTH NON VEGETARIAN OPTION AND VEGAN OPTION.

Clean rooms with a spacious layout. While the location is a little away from the centre of the city, I liked this more quiet neighbourhood away from the busy tourist areas. Staff were friendly and the gym had the basic equipment I needed for a workout.

Nothing major to report as a fault.

Breakfast is overpriced, rooms are comfortable but clearly old, mini bar is free but does not offer food, all extra services come with at an additional price, which is disappointing...

Our room had a panoramic view of the city with nice balcony. The room was clean, spacious and love the free minibar. The staff welcomed us with good smile with good English. We appreciated the late checkout option. Will love to come back!

Really good hotel, nice staff, great location. Hotel is dog friendly, we told to the staff that we will stay with a dog, so they prepared a water bowl and gave him a cover.

I didn’t find the information about dogs on their website and here on booking, so I was needed to call and ask if they accept visitors with dog

The hotel provided exactly what we saw in the pictures before booking. As an invaluable bonus, the view from the window to the Cologne Cathedral was enchanting both in the morning and at night. Breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are not the first freshness, but well maintained. It would have been nice if all hygiene items were provided as it should be.
