غلاء اسعار الحجز و عدم وجود ستارة فاصل في الجناح ديلوكس مهم جدا، الفطار غالي جدا، التكيف صعب التحكم به اما بارد جدا او حار

Some issues in the room

Personal sehr freundlich. Lage ist einfach Top. Hotel ist auch nicht so riesig.

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel müsste der Zimmerservice schon etwas besser putzen. Das war eher so mehr schnell, schnell. Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert aber die Rezeption hat sich darum gekümmert und einen Neuen bringen lassen.

Distance to Al Haram within 5 mins, very less crowd, straight road to Al Haram, very very spacious rooms, lovely large beds, lifts plentiful, we went in Ramadhan and had sehri included, what can I say the food was like Michelin quality and a variety for everyone’s liking. Towels plentiful and very thick, room service plentiful even though it was peak season. I can’t fault the hotel in any way.

Nothing to dislike at all, will definitely be on my top list of hotels for future 👌🏼

The reception staff were very helpful especially Ahmad and concierge staff I think his name is Masud was so helpful carrying our luggage. Many thanks to them.

Some work need to be done in the bathroom.

I did like the reception communication skill. I did like the food at Suhor.

For the amount of money i have paid for 2 nights, I expected the path rooms to be well maintained. However it requires some maintenance.

Best location only 5 minutes walk to Kabba.

Bathroom had very bad sewerage smell.

Was very comfortable with hot water available all the time. They even allowed us to check out late and also had a semi smart TV.

Interior could be a little more modern - the lobby carpets were dirty. Also we accidentally opened one of our room drawer and found a used pamper there (maybe some precious guest kept it and room cleaning forgot to remove) Glad we found this at the very last minute before check out

Location

Cleanliness, bathroom was dirty with flies, water clogging, no exhaust.

Lighting in the room. It was not bright enough. Also the switsches of the lighting were only at the entrance of the room. When the lights were switched off, the bed lamps did not work.

Very close to Haram and the food was good.

Old carpet from the hallway to the rooms, room Aircondition hasn’t been cleaned long time and it’s blowing unhealthy air.

No amenities and bad staff attitude. Language barriers..

The location is excellent too near to Haram gates and clock tower which means you can reach Haram for each Namaz and food options are all nearby

The third bed in the superior triple room is not safe for kids as it has square edges which means toddlers can get hurt whilst playing around

Location was very good.

Water pressure was very low in washroom.

Breakfast

One of the pakistani house keeping misinformed me and informed me fridge in the room not for food. Fridge wasnt working well.

The proximity to Masjid Al Haram was good. The staff in general were amazing and the breakfast buffet was great.

When calling for room service the porters would take up to 2 hours to carry out your request such as clean towels or water etc.

Everything is wonderful about this hotel, the room, housekeeping and specially the lobby, but i would not appreciate the Wifi service in my room. It worked only near the door and zero signals inside the room. Management needs to make sure that all rooms have full and quality Wifi access.

Wifi service in my room was very poor.

إجراءات الدخول كانت صعبة مع العلم إنني حجزت بإسمي وذكرت اسم الضيف وأحرحوني مع الضيف بإلزامه بالدفع وتأخرنا في الدخول بعد ساعات ذكر لي المدير سوف نجعلها هذه المرة فقط ؟؟ انت تدفع !!!يجب ان يكون الضيف؟؟؟؟

كل شئ كان سئ الاستقبال التعامل المرافق الحمام يسرب الماء وصوت الماء من الدور العلوي. النظافة الافطار الطلبات غير سريعة .... .

Excellent location. Good room service. (Was expensive) bathroom excellent. Easy access to haram. Cafe and coffee shop in lobby. Great location close to tunnels to explore Makkah. Great lifts. Always available.

Some Bedbugs. Quite expensive. Rooms were small given the price.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas a la hauteur de l'hôtel et aucune identité locale / (pas de vrai café / pas de gâteaux de bons qualité / le salé est orienté indien/egyptien)

Sadece Konumu çok iyiydi

Çalışanlar çok kötü , özellikle resepsiyonda bekleyen Abdurrahman isimli çalışan hiç misafirperver değildi , hayatımda bu kadar suratsız ve kötükalpli bir çalışan görmedim , bir daha asla kalmam , kimseye de tavsiye etmem .
