Het weekendje was gepland voor mijn partners 40e verjaardag. Bij aankomst stond een kleine attentie van het hotel klaar. Zeer leuk! Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en zeker gevarieerd genoeg. De aankleding van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes is ook zeer gezellig.

De badkamer is wat klein, maar alles is zeker wel aanwezig. Een klein minpuntje is ook het ontbreken van een lift, alles is met trappen bereikbaar. Maar dat is zeker ook niet onoverkomelijk.

Perfecte locatie in Zuid. Vriendelijke mensen.

De kamer was helemaal goed voor mij in mijn eentje, lekker schoon en de douche was heerlijk! Tijdens het ontbijt hing er een gezellige sfeer en het personeel was vrolijk en aardig. Het is een prachtig hotel!

Ik werd ‘s nachts wakker en ik hoorde wat muizen in de muren. Ik heb vernomen dat het een heel oud gebouw is, dus dat is natuurlijk ook niet gek.

Heel rustig( kamer aan de achterkant) Niet het meest uitgebreide ontbijt maar wel zeer lekker, alles wat je nodig hebt is er ! Perfect gewoon! Ontbijt zaaltje is een pareltje op zich.Zo mooi!! Heel warm en hartelijk onthaald,super vriendelijk.

Registering was seated at a desk in an beautiful art nouveau office. No standing at a reception dek here! I'd booked a basic room.and although it was small, it contained a very comfortable bed, sink, mirror, a selection of lights, wardrobe.... It was great. the breakfast was very good value and the breakfast room has the most beautiful stained glass windows. The location is great with the city Art Gallery very close by and lots of cafés restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

This is not a complaint, but just a warning that, if you have mobility issues you should mention it when booking. I had a LOT of stairs to climb to my 2nd floor room and then, immediately inside my door there were more steps going down into the room. It would be easy to go head first down them!

The ground floor is really worth a look

The bathroom ceiling light was out of order and the shower lukewarm. The skylight windows (which are the only view on the top floor) were not properly shut and covered with a veil of green moss featuring a phallic graphiti. A far cry from the Art Nouveau ground floor

The hotel is on the. Right location in Antwerp in 20 min walk your are everywhere Breakfast is like a 5 star hotel Management is personal it’s like feeling home Not one question you can ask is to much The entrance and breakfast place is like living in a museum just great value for your money

Price. It's hard to find anything comparable for a family room. A bit off from the main attractions, however very close to amazing Fine Arts Museum. Also tram stops are nearby, so no problem to reach anything pretty fast.

It's really tough to get a lot of luggage to the top floor without elevator. However I got help from staff with it. So it's a plus.

Light in the hall all night so I couldn’t make it completely dark. Also the other guests were noisy and I could hear them, which also made my sleep poor.

The hostess was great, friendly and welcoming. Place was clean, tidy and worth, if not exceeded, the price.

It was well connected very close to all the landmarks, both the owners are very friendly and helpful ..the first day itself they guide the guest on the locations to visit and share valuable tips in terms on how to reach the spot

I had got to experience both the Double room and Single Room.. the only issue I had in Single Room was the bathroom even though clean.. the pipe need paint as it stained by pigeons poop faint stains and the moulds/gap near toilet needs to be filled in... I would also suggest since at times we open the windows.. their backyard needs a lot of attention as the plants have outgrown and it like creepers ..there are strange noises at time which didnt make me feel safe to open the window when I had basement room as I feared some creature would come inside the room

It’s not the most centric location but you can get to all the attractions by foot.

change of my room for last night without any prior notification, just information that my luggage and personals are already moved, the new room situated in basement, very unpleasant place with falling plaster!

The bed was comfortable and the price is incredibly low.

Nog body there to check you in after 7 pm, no breakfast before 8 and the rooms haven’t been touched for many years. No en-suite is a pain but that’s to be expected at that price.

My room was not what I was expecting, bed and pillow very bad and next to the heating. Bath was also not very comfortable. Old refurbished place.
