This is a very well maintained apartment with hosts that cater to your every need. They organised our arrival and departure transfers both of which were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to visitors coming to Lisbon.
Very steep stair access which is to be expected in the beautiful old buildings of Lisbon. Definitely not a criticism but worth keeping in mind for older people or those with mobility issues.

Conveniently located - 15 minute walk to centre or grab a tram. Lots of space. A beautiful flat.

Location was lovely and quiet and very easy to get into Central Lisbon. We particularly welcomed that we could leave our luggage as we got there early.
We could hear the other apartments quite clearly, so the noise from them was a bit of a problem, but presumably they could hear us too!

The apartment was clean and comfortable and really well located with easy access to transport, and was within walking distance of the centre of the city. There was a range of interesting restaurants nearby (including opposite the apartment), and the hosts provided recommendations for these (always welcome when new to a city) as well as details of nearby supermarkets. We particularly enjoyed having trams going up and down the street. A bottle of wine was provided on our arrival and was especially welcome after a long day of travelling. The hosts were really good at keeping in touch (which is so much nicer than having an agent managing the property). I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Lisbon.

Great location. Big apartment for the price. Very nice place.
Very echo, we could hear the neighbors in their apartment. No dish towels were provided. Nobody was there to welcome us at the agreed check-in time.

It was very clean. The communication was professional and friendly. A good supermarket and restaurants are nearby. Many sights in walking distance. The apartment is standard, as you should minimum expect for 100 €/per night/2 Pers.
The street is busy and loud. Only the masterbedroom has a window, the two other bedrooms and the bathroom have no windows. There were no kitchenbasics as e.g. oil, only 3 small rolls of toilettpaper for 5 nights/2 Pers., just one small and one bigger towell for each Person / 5 nights. It was not possible to get additional towells for the beach...the owners (who have some more apartments) asked me via SMS to give them - for Corona reasons- a 10 as rating, as they have no other marketing tools... I think manipulation of ratings is a NO GO. Only quality and service should convince.

Francisco was amazing. Check in,check out smoothly, very great advice what to see, what restaurants are nearby etc. Brand new bathroom and kitchen, very clean apartment. Very comfy bed in the main bedroom. We did not use the other bedrooms, but they looked quite small and old type and no windows on them. The charm of the apartment was just exceptional, old type, tipic Portuguese style in a very great location with small trams on the road in front of the place.
It is not the apartment's fault, but you could hear everything from the neighbours upstairs and downstairs. Best to sleep with ear plugs if you don't want to wake up in the middle of the night.

The apartment is exactly as advertised and the hosts were very helpful. Great location, very comfortable.
There were some small annoyances in the property, as he AC systems made regular noises that sometimes disturbed our sleep and the bathroom ventilation needs to be improved.

The welcome and support was amazing, so friendly and quick to help. Apartment was incredibly clean and fantastic location to explore. Our hosts welcome and explanation was fantastic and so helpful for the whole of our stay. I would highly recommend!
Most things outside of owners control - noise from cats outside (a lot of them), local building sites and neighbours above and below woke us in early hours a few times. We have a young child so home to cook every night, the facilities were OK but could have been better with sharp knives, a good oven and access to toilet rolls!
