My family spent an wonderful holiday at the Fontainebleau and Giovanna was an exceptional host! The unit was just as described, with brand new kitchen appliances, as well as washer and dryer. The space is modern and beautifully furnished. Access to all resort amenities, such as pools, beach, spa and gym is included with no extra fees. The Fontainebleau is always the best place to stay, with some of the best restaurants in town and centrally located to major attractions. I am definitely planning a future stay!

Lovely location. Have stayed here multiple times. Checkin seemed to be seamless. We stated no housekeeping until the end as we didn’t want to be disturbed. Every day they tried to clean our room. The door handle to the porch was broken and we reported it but no one did anything. We asked to see the bill the night before as we were leaving early the following day and housekeeping was on for every day and parking each day. They said they took care of it but when we checked out there were additional charges. Owner occupied units should have a different way of checking in. The unit had been updated with nicer furniture. The fitted sheet did not fit and there was a big black part of the mattress that was visible. There was a whole splotch of paint in the bathroom with a picture that should have been hung that was on the floor. The bed frame had a small hole on the upholstery. The kitchen was adequate. Pots and silver ware were fine but I didn’t understand why there were only 2 cups. It is still a lovely spot and though an inter coastal view you can still see the ocean. Lots of construction across the street so better to keep the windows closed.

We had a great experience at this property. The location on the unit is far enough from the chaos of the hotel that you don't hear the noice but close enough that you don't feel like you are walking forever to reach your unit. Our only comment is the unit is located near the elevator and if you wake during the night you will hear it. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful condo with all the conveniences of the hotel.

Very nice unit and as advertised. The host (Giovanna) was very responsive and helpful as well.

Service was non existent. No one responds from housekeeping or bell hop. They say they will come in 20mins but takes forever or never. Very inconvenient and bathrooms had mold. Will never stay again here.

Enjoyed our stay The apartment was very comfortable and spacious The only complaints are about the long check in and the long wait for the elevator in the mornings and in the evenings - they took more than 20 minutes each time and we’re always overcrowded

We could not have asked for a better host than Giovanna, she tended to all our needs on a timely manner. The suite was newly renovated and upgraded. We were comfortable and it felt like home.

Great beach, pools, hot tubs and restaurants all on property and the staff aims to please. Walking distance to South Beach and other great places to try. Easy to get to from FLL or MIA airports.

The property was amazing! Loved having the kitchen and washer and dryer! The host was so easy to communicate with. She responded immediately and was so great to work with!! I would highly recommend this property!!!!

The hotel amenities are super and the service unreal. The only difficulty we had was one of the shower handles for the water was broken and hopefully the owners of the property will take care of it before the next family stays there. Thank you.

Easy and quick communication

Everything was just as advertised!

Stayed here with two friends and had a great experience. Check in was quick and easy, and the condo was clean and spacious. There was a nice sized balcony, with a decent view of both the beach and city. Hotel amenities/ pool/ beach was right on the premises and easy to access. All around great trip and comfortable place to stay.

The unit was as described, and communication with the owner was excellent. The private pool for Tresor tower guests only was a nice touch if the rest of the hotel was too busy, or you didn't want to walk. The hotel staff at the "front desk" were usually overwhelmed with guests or in the back office so you couldn't tell they were there. Luckily we didn't really need their help. The private entrance to Tresor tower also helped cut down on the crowds at the main FB entrances. Overall the stay was very good and the unit met our expectations.

We had a great experience. The apartment was as-advertised, and the host Giovanna was easy to communicate with. As a family with two small children, this unit was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended.

This property was just as advertised and a great stay for a family of 5 at the hotel. You have all the hotel amenities. You would never know the difference!

Perfect for families or friends.

We have stayed at the Fountainbleu Tresor condo's 9 different times over the years. The units were always clean on our arrival. However, this is the first time we had an owner actually call and leave us a message as to "Hoping that we arrived safe" and offering her services if needed. We did have one small problem of which I did give her a call. She was not available at the time but called back I believe within five minutes and it was taken care of the next day. The unit was great but being able to have an owner that really responds quickly to any concerns one might have is very reassuring. We will definitely call Giovanna again for securing her unit in the future.

The one bedroom. 2 bath residence in a private tower of the fountainbleu hotel with a large balcony with gorgeous views, was in the perfect location for a long weekend in Miami. The only minus was the cleaning is done through the hotel and it was sub-par - after speaking with the owner who was super responsive any time I contacted her, we were able to get someone in to vacuum and clean up a bit further. Otherwise the space was excellent and plenty of room for two adults and our two adult children (18 & 20) with king bed, sofa bed and a rollaway from the hotel we all slept comfortably. It was also in an excellent location and having use of all the fountainbleau beach, pools etc was a plus without having to be staying in the actual hotel space. I highly recommend this vrbo.
