Came up to Steamboat for a ski trip with the family and loved the condo. Location was close to the base and less than a 5min. drive to the Upper Knell free parking lot. Would highly recommend staying here for a similar trip.

Everything was easy from check in to check out

This was really a perfect apartment- very well supplied, comfortable and clean. Perfect location very close to the ski shuttle. This apartment was honestly better in person than the photos show- loved it! Would go back!!

Kitchen was well stocked. Towels were plentiful. The snow removal was fabulous. Now the negative...the unit needs a facelift compared to other units we have rented in Steamboat. Horrible smell in the entryway upon arrival. Property manager admitted that the cleaning crew reported a smell as well. He told us to flush the kitchen sink with bleach, however, there was no bleach, nor did he drop any off, nor was the smell coming from the kitchen. We moved the vacuum, mop which were in the entry closet and entry rug outside. The smell was still there but had either subsided some or we just got use to it. After complaining again, the property manager came by while we were skiing and said he didn't smell a thing. Strange how 5 people smelled it but he didn't. He put the vacuum and mop back in the closet. Anyway it never was resolved. Also the heat could not be turned down. We roasted. This caused us to open windows and doors while the heat continued to constantly run. A very unfortunate waste of energy. We informed the property manager. He came by and said he reset it however when we returned the heat was still continually running . We will not return.

Neat, clean and tidy. Nice quiet neighborhood near to paths, ski lift, river etc. Has everything and more to make for a relaxing stay.

Really awesome place that comfortably fits a medium size group. The condo is well equipped, very comfy, and very close to the ski resort. Can't go wrong renting this place out!

Very clean property. Had a Mountain feel. Nice to have a garage. Would recommend this condo to others.

Very clean , nice and roomy. all the kitchen appliances you will need. comes with washer and dryer in condo. Has a gas grill on balcony. Bus stop feets away .recommendation form us an Air Fryer would be a nice thing to add to kitchen.

We really LOVED this condo! So great, family friendly, clean and well stocked. Only problem is that is has no a/c and tenants below smoke pot, often. So you have to keep the windows closed and it is HOT. Secondly, mgmt is non responsive. I have called and left messages with prop mgmt twice regarding an asthma inhaler and bottle of perfume that we left in the bathroom drawer (I called the day after our stay, and again two weeks later). Still have not heard back. I also emailed them. So that's $200 down the drain. House was great, smell of pot and mgmt was not. Suzanne

This was a great spot for our two families and kiddos to get together and use as a launch pad for all that steamboat has to offer. Easy to access and very clean.

This condo had everything. Much attention was paid to the little things. Besides having awesome beds, sheets, and towels; they had litttle things you sometimes forget to pack. Ziplock bags, steak seasoning, laundry detergent. We truly felt at home. The property manager is top notch. This place was so clean and comfortable, I would suggest other property owners in Steamboat switch to this management team. This was probably my 6th different VRBO over the years and this was the best. About SteamBoat….. our favorite things 1) a morning guided fishing trip with Steamboat FlyFisher 2) hiking the fish creek falls trail to the waterfall. 2.4 miles in. Fun for the family and beautiful…. Bring water and a walking stick. 3) Friday night PRCA rodeo. Great atmosphere. 4) drive the trail to Routt National Forest Trailhead base camp and hike 1.4 miles to Fishhook Lake. A rough trail road, but doable with a SUV or truck. I wouldn’t take a minivan. The hike is well worth it for the views. Also a great place for a picnic at 10,000 feet. 5) Steamboat resort. The alpine mountain coaster was a hit along with put put golf. Riding the chairlift we saw a mama bear and 2 cubs. The kids loved it. 6) relaxing at the condo. Cooking steaks on the awesome grill and watching the field of dreams baseball game on the TV.

Loved the condo. Exactly what we needed with not too expensive and great location.

This condo wasn’t in the busy area so it quiet at night. It is walking distance to local places. Very clean. I would stay here again.

The process was super easy. The accommodations were exactly as listed. We had 6 adults and all fit comfortably and enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with two teens. Easy access to everything; super clean and felt so comfortable and like a “home”. Can’t wait to return!!

This condo was perfect for my family during a long wedding weekend. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and have all the little things you might need on a getaway (shampoo, soap, ziplocks, spices, etc.). The view was incredible and the location was perfect. It was also child friendly, my toddler didn't find anything easily accessible to break or mess with. Highly recommend!

We went to ski. We had fun and the place served our needs. A little far to walk to the gondola but doable if you have to. The bus comes close to condo so easy access to all of steamboat vid bus. Place was clean and had all amenities needed.

A friend and I stayed at this property to ski and snowmobile for a few days. Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. Only issue we had is the living room TV didnt work doe entire stay, was flickering on and off. Would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our stay in steamboat, the location is very close to the mountain, there was 2+ parking spots and the condo was full stocked with everything we needed! The views were beautiful and I would highly recommend staying here! with a group of friends or family.

Wonderful

Stayed this past weekend (Feb.6). The condo was perfect for us. We had a baby in a travel crib in the bunkbed room and the other bedrooms were great. We enjoyed the living space and the unit/complex was very quiet. The TV had some issues with the picture flicking on and off, but we were able to plug in our laptop and connect to our own service. So no big deal. Also the showerheads were not great, but adequate for our needs. Plenty of towels and such. Great stay, would stay here again.

Location of property was nice. The check in time is late and check out time is early for what you get. Overall the property was in great condition, clean and well maintained.

This was a great property for us. The location was good, only a few blocks from our son’s house. The furniture was comfortable for lounging and watching TV. And the bed was good. We appreciated the cotton sheets! Would stay here again.

This property was perfectly located, super clean, comfortable, attractive, well stocked, and a great introduction to Steamboat. We can't wait to come back this fall and in the winter to ski!

An excellent spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood. You can get any where within 10-15 minutes. Free shuttle service is available. It is a very clean condo with a gas grill and wine cooler. The beds are comfortable and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans to cool down the condos. Two decks to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Definitely an enjoyable visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo which was perfect for our family. Very close to the mountain and shuttle lines and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will hopefully stay here again next season.

This lodge was the perfect place for our event crew to stay during the WinterWonderGrass festival set up. Very clean, had a kitchen and laundry, and was close to the location and other surrounding attractions. Hope to rent again next year!

Great stay for ski trip with family and friends. This place was very clean, comfortable and convenient to the ski slope, at a good price.

Great property with ample room. Kitchen/living room is a nice separation between kid’s bedroom and other two bedrooms.
