Amazing location, great communication and guide for getting to and entry process. Both me and my daughter had a great time. The location is central enough to be within walking distance of amenities. But far enough away from hussle and bustle of street noise. The views from the apartment and pool are simply stunning, reaching up the coast to Watergate Bay and across to Headland Hotel. I am slightly bias being from Cornwall but do not get to see my daughter often and this place just made our weekend.

The gym area was closed so that was a disappointment!

Excellent location with wrap around balcony and views over the town and the bay, right up to Trevose Head. Modern, clean, comfortable, easy parking underground. 5 minute walk into town. Great host too.

The apartment was beautiful and lovely view of the sea. The host had all things needed for a comfortable stay including loads of toys and books.

1. Location - it’s about 10-15 min walk from the beach. 2. Attitude of the host - Check out time was10 am and we moved out by 1015. We did spend a few min in the parking to dispose of the garbage and generally settle down. I got a message from the owner at 1030 that we were late for check out and the cleaner was waiting. Frankly I was shocked at the tone and rudeness of the host since no cleaner had come up or called or was even seen at the parking waiting for us to vacate. I apologised and Steve still went on to say that he was paying the cleaner 20 pounds and hr !! I think it’s a bit too much for a 15 min delay. Considering they don’t anyways check in till 3pm. Also, my security deposit was not refunded till I followed up and after 8 days of my check out. On asking I was told the host had sent an email asking for my bank details via booking.com which I have not recieved. Ideally this info should if needed for refund should have collected upfornt , we were connected on messages and texts. Even after giving the bank details I was told we issue refunds in 7-10 business days which is not true because the website clearly says refunds in 7 days. Thankfully the refund came the next day itself. However the point is - given Steve should hold himself to equally high standards that he expects from his guests. And basic courtesy goes a long way.

Great location, amazing views and lovely host.

A beautiful apartment with wonderful views across Towan and the ocean. Very well equipped. It felt very secure, the linen was lovely. Tea, coffee and milk were very welcome. The host was easily accessible.

A worrying leak from the kitchen window in heavy rain on that face of the building. I wish we’d known to book car hire before we arrived. You do need transport to explore the rest of Cornwall, public transport isn’t the best.

Having to leave 😂 Lift button to our floor (2nd) was missing , so had to take lift to another floor and walk - wasn’t really an issue to use , but could babe been for others

my very small complaints would be only four forks in the kitchen and there should be at least on chest of draws in the bedrooms but really didn’t affect us that much

stunning views -even during some pretty scary storms; brilliantly equipped; our host was fabulous, very communicative and friendly. the kids toy boxes and books were a lovely touch, as were the fresh flowers upon arrival. The pool was a bit hit also!

we loved everything

We used the property as a convenient mid-point to explore Cornwall - it’s also in a great location in town with its own parking and wonderful views out to sea. As we stayed for 2 weeks out of season and did a lot of self catering we spent a fair bit of time in the property which was very well equipped for our needs. The host was very friendly and approachable and sorted out a couple of issues very quickly and without fuss. I would definitely recommend it.

Worth every penny! Genuinely felt like a home from home. Clean tidy, and all the facilities you would need. Little things always mean a lot, i.e. having tea coffee and a pint of fresh milk on arrival!

Genuinely nothing to be critical about.

Location was brillant

The view from the fabulous curved balcony was absolutely outstanding over the town and out to sea. We saw both sunrises and sunsets from it and it let so much light into the gorgeous open plan and well-equipped kitchen/living room. The decor throughout was stylishly uncluttered and there were useful items such as a clothes dryer and hairdryer. The bathroom and ensuite were also very stylish and showering was a pleasure, with soft, fluffy towels and co-ordinating bath mats.

Front door lock was a bit stiff when locking up.

The accommodation, view and location

For the price we paid I would have expected bath sheets rather than small towels provided. Also not happy that the price went up over £300 in less than 24 hours of looking at the property and booking.
