This is a really well furnished apartment. Everything we needed was there which was a relief after many other rentals providing the “bare minimum”. Our biggest problem was the WiFi. It just wasn’t stable or strong enough.

Giovanni is an excellent host! He was accessible and helpful. His flat is very clean, well decorated, and has a wonderful location. We would definitely stay again! The only thing to note is there are about 50 stairs to climb with luggage.

Our family of four (two adults and two teenagers) stayed in this apartment during our week-long vacation in London. We absolutely loved it, and would stay here again without hesitation. Here are some detailed thoughts about this property: The Apartment It was perfect for our family of four, since it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A particular consideration for us was the bunk bed in one room, since it meant our kids didn't have to share a bed. The kitchen was also important since it meant we could cook breakfasts and some dinners in the apartment. The amenities were fantastic, and we felt like we had everything we needed during our stay. The Location It's tucked up on a side street, which meant it felt quiet and safe. At the same time, it was only a five minute walk to the Notting Hill Gate tube station, where you can easily get to all parts of London using the Central, District, or Circle lines. Also, there are numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores within a five minute walk, which makes the stay really comfortable and enjoyable. The Host Giovanni communicated really well, providing great instructions during our stay. I had a question prior to arrival, and he answered it in a matter of hours. He even checked in on us a couple days into the stay to ensure everything was going well.

Terrific apartment in walking distance to Kensington Palace and Portobello Road, with lots of restaurants and pubs. Loved having two bedrooms and two baths. Easy access to the tube and buses.

We had a great stay in London at Giovanni’s flat. It was cozy and bright, exactly as described, and very clean and welcoming. Two of us were very comfortable and found the flat to be well stocked and set up for guests. The location was lovely. Nice restaurants and pubs were nearby in Notting Hill and so were walks in Hyde Park and shopping on Oxford street, plus it was very close and convenient to the Central and District Tube lines. His help staff was fantastic as well when we had a left behind item they contacted us through Giovanni before we even knew and then arranged to return it the same day! Would stay again absolutely.
