La limpieza..

Un poco viejo

El hotel está bastante bien. El personal es amable, está todo limpio y no le pongo ninguna pega reseñable. Estuvimos tres amigos en una habitación triple, amplia y limpia. Cómoda. Nosotros fuimos a Madrid para ir al Bernabeu y está a unos 15/20 minutos andando. No es mala opción para ese tipo de viajes.

Hola, es Ok para pasar una noche. Habitacion limpia y bien de tamaño esta ok comunicado con el aeropuerto que es lo que pretendia. No andaba buscanso servicios extra tipo spa ni similar,

El baño muy antiguo (aunque estaba muy limpio) y que dado que no tiene bar, no fuera posible comprar unos chips o una cerveza en una maquina de vending

Cocina es un microondas y poco más. No hay para fregar....nevera hace mucho ruido de noche.

Size of Bed

Definitely value for money here. Kitchenette and also free breakfast, for a very fair price in what is overall a very nice neighborhood (cafes, restaurants, plenty of shops), not far from a metro line (3-4 minutes walk). No other hotel offer came close in terms of value/location. The (upgraded) room was overall fine, spacious, Breakfast fair, in a tight and window-less room. Not the best, but adequate.

Reception. First, tried to book us into one of their smaller rooms in their back-of-the-property building, despite having paid for an upgraded one. then, without apologies sent us with keys to a room that was still occupied, before they finally found a free room. No apologies or sympathy for us, sending us here and hither with our suitcases. The place is overall pretty run down, old and not very well maintained. No joy, no smiles, no extras. While the kitchenette is adequate for a few days, it was as minimal as they could get away with: exactly two forks, two glasses, not even salt/paper/sugar, let alone some oil or vinegar.

bed was comfortable, the bedroom was really nice

Very big and clean rooms. Small but super functional kitchen. Thoughfull giveaways and good quality hotel products.

Extremely noisy. Bad phonic isolation, both from the street and from the other rooms.

Everything was okay, exactly what we expected, clean comfortable room, good breakfast.

The room was nice and spacious with mirrored wardrobes and the continental breakfast was fresh.

Large rooms, very clean, comfortable bed

Nice location, pleasant breakfast, good daily cleaning of the rooms. It was a good option to have a small kitchen in the room, but the wine glasses would be appreciated :) I also admit a comfortable bed, good blackout curtains, a socket and a lamp near the bed. Thank you for the welcome water and sweets.

The night from Friday to Saturday was quite noisy, but I guess I can not blame the hotel only. The system of ventilation/warming/cooling in the room worked in a strange way.. It would be nice to have at least one channel in English among 30+ spanish channels on TV.

We had few problems (poor wi-fi, shower leakage) on our room but they helped to change it quickly.

The stuff was good. From the cleaning lady to the reception. The room was clean and spacious .

Let's start with the noise. The walls are topically sound transparent. The wifi goes down at evening and night (connected by no actual connection) . To enter the hotel and get to your room you have a parkour..Stairs a hall more stairs then the elevator. The cooking pad is not cooking. You have to wait for an hour to boil water . It's an old hotel that they should renovate

Great place to stay, really nice staff & facilties. Hope they enjoyed the beers we left lol
