It's was a special occasion and I asked for something extra in the room and they delivered just that. Lovely creativity and customer service. I'm really thankful for your kind service.

Jacuzzi could have been hotter and bubblier.

The suite we booked was very spacious with a sitting area, big bathroom and big bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Somewhat weirdly, the freestanding bathtub is situated in the sitting room, behind a short wall. The building and grounds are really nice to look at. Staff were very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. The breakfast was nice, with a buffet plus a menu including a few vegan friendly options.

A few small things were in need of care/repair e.g. the light fixtures flickered due to old wiring and dimmer switch (somebody was sent to take a look, but it only temporarily helped). The music in the reception area was very loud.

Clean, quiet, very good breakfast, very friendly and supporting staff. In the countryside, nature is beautiful. It is better than it is currently rated on Booking.

It is outside of London, but there is relatively easy travel to centre of London.

the staff where amazing and friendly and could not do enough to help, the room was upgraded when I asked,bed was so comfortable and clean. breakfast was gorgeous. would stay again.

my room was near and above and next to reception and there office door was banging very loudly most the night,I ended up calling at 1:30 in the morning but no answer so had to get up and go down and say something, hardly slept that night. but was delt with and very nice staff. the carpet had lots of food marks on it.

Lovely setting. Loved the fresh flowers on the tables. Pool, sauna, jacuzzi we're fabulous. Staff were great. Breakfast was excellent. Brilliant selection of items to choose from.

Outside could do with a paint but didn't affect our stay. 2x single beds pushed together wasn't the most comfortable

From the outside the hotel looks lovely. And I have heard that the modern side of it is very nice, but if you get put into the 'old side' it is horrible!

It is incredibly tired, cold and damp. Things were broken, for example you couldn't get into the gym without a member of staff, and then you can't find them when you need them.

The room was very new and clean with fluffy white towels, air conditioning and lots of cute extras. The staff were brilliant from start to finish

The lift wasn’t working but that’s literally the only thing I can think of!

when we got there they gave me the card to the room 260 only to find the lift was not working so we took the stairs to the room only to find out No central heating ,so we had a heater but in the room but as there no power till you put your card in to get power so it was cold in the room we had two windows but only one we can look out off as the blind was broken on the bed window so no looking out to the view ,the blanket on the bed had a coffee on it SO NOT GREAT STAY
