البعد عن الحرم وصعوبة المواصلات بالباص في رمضان . هي مشكلة عامة لكل الفنادق البعيدة عن الحرم .

قائد الباص غير ملتزم بالوقت ابداً ضيق المواقف السفليه وعدم تنظيمها فوق انه ضيق ناس توقف بالممرات اصحاب السياره الفئه الكبيره بيتهقون جداً في المواقف لضيقها

La navette de l'hôtel pour le Haram qui dépose en bas du haram et le bus de ville juste devant l'hôtel qui dépose en haut du haram (prévoir un peu de marche quand même). Propre, confortable. Piscine pour enfants (payante, 10 ryals l'heure). Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Chambre un peu vieillotte, porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas super bien, ça coince un peu.

الاسرة صغيرة الفراش غير مريح مع المخده والمفارش قديمة واغراض الحمام الصابون والشامبو لايرتقى الى المطلوب وكذلك الدولاب صغير لاتستطيع وضع اغراضك الشخصية

الصراحه هالمره لا حظت الفندق تفير ميه بالميه

أعجبني بعد اشتكيت حصلت الا هتمام لكن الا يجار غالي والا فطار ب 40 وغير متنوع لا بد من تغييير وجبه الا فطار نفس الاكل

HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD CLEAN AND COMFORTABL AND I USE MAKKE BUS PRICE WAS GOOD TOO

The lady at the reception was unprofessional and very slow and quarreled with more than one customer in a loud voice despite her mistake

Everything! Room spacious and comfortable, Staff friendly and responsive, Breakfast delicious and good variety and Cleanliness were excellent.

Distance from Haram. No shuttle service. Have to book a taxi and pay 50-70 SR every time.

EVERYTHING SUPEREB EXCEPT LOCATION.

HAVE TO HIRE A TAXI EVERYTIME GOING TO HARAM. NO NEARBY GROCERY STORE.

I call them to ask them about the iron and they don't have one they said we do it for you for 5 riyals and I just go out with clothes not really good what hotel do you think in the world they don't have iron that's not a good for the hotel

Tidy, very beautiful interior and modern design smells fresh and beautiful everywhere

Receptionist are horrendous don’t even bother to use google translator to help with English. I saw two girl at receptionist texting away on snap chat whilst we waiting to speak to them. Very rude and unhelpful. I live in London I meet many people who struggle with English I help not just as a Muslim but as human we need akhlaaq even more when you live in such a merciful place. Take two minutes to open google enter Arabic and translate to English not La La la English very rude. Breakfast was very appalling not much variety at all and just not fresh food you ask for help or anything they are miserable

Lovely hotel - we have stayed here many times now

Bit disappointed with reception staff. I called to ask a question about the room I had booked, on the website it was not showing the correct amount of people I had booked the room for. The guy who answered, when I asked him to look into the booking, he cut the phone line. I called back twice afterwards and he did not answer, so I had to cancel that room.
