I booked and they deducted only to find the place is full the is no space for us 😭they made option of booking for us in onother place. I am not happy at all shym

We were welcomed by staff that were intoxicated. The room curtains, bed lamps and ceilings were covered in mould. Bathroom cabinet draws were falling apart.The pool was still dirty when we arrived, we had to ask for it to be cleaned. We ended up forfeiting our last evening because as we arrived home that evening we surprised by the staff having a party with friends in the rooms and kitchen adjacent to ours and to top it off they helped themselves to our food in the fridge!!! Their excuse was “they thought our stay was over” this comes from the receptionist who helped us check in. This place and it’s staff were pathetic and I will not recommend it to anyone!

I made a booking for a colleague and I that was confirmed on bookings.com. When I arrived the staff made excuses that someone else had extended their booking so my booking was no longer available

The moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff, throughout my stay they ensured that all my needs were taken care off, the rooms are top of the range, my stay was a 10/10 would recommend.. M.B

Clean facilities and very warm welcoming staff.

The owner and workers so nice.

Supposed to have backup so that when it is loadshedding clients not suffer. Try to paint building and clean that side having braaing stand.Check working of wifi in all rooms because the other room internet was not working.

Sign board not clear maybe they can write SUNNYRIDGE LODGE and it's in the corner of 2 streets not to mention one street

The staff was very friendly and helpful always available when needed. The place was secured

The hospitality and cleanliness

The wi-fi connectivity sucked and the tv only worked for x1 night...that was terrible considering that I spent New Year's Eve there too.

Staff is soo unprofessional. They don’t introduce themselves nor greet in a welcoming way nor show you around. Worse off, i had just been discharged from hospital and needed guidance on how to navigate the place

We had to continue with our journey early in the morning the following day and the lady woke up and checked us out with no issues.

The property was clean and the staff was very welcoming. I also like the fact that there’s an alarm system in that gets activated to ensure our cars are safe outside.
